You don't...she comes to your house. Have to get Sara voted class president, then get Meghan's affection/romance reasonably high, talk with Sara in the library until she gives you the tickets, wait for a day at home when wife & FEZ are both in the living room so you can give the tickets, then wait around (some time days) for the game to decide to unlock the boutique so you can buy the dress and wait for the Friday after you give FEZ the dress.
So far with all the video issue's Deem's just shooting himself in the foot. v2.0 has 100% working dream videos with Sara & Kaitlyn but the FEZ/daughter HJ is bugged; in v2.04 he's fixed the FEZ/Daughter HJ looping bug but broken the Sara & Kaitlyn dream sequences.
Hidden somewhere in the thread is a fix for Kaitlyns I think but nothing at all for Sara, and it's possible using that file to fix Kaitlyn's sequence could re-break the FEZ/Daughter HJ.

EDIT - developer just posted the official patch for v2.04. Download, extract, overwrite the existing patch.rpy in \game folder.
Or you could click the newspaper on the podium to download it in game. Whatev's.
@Ryahn would you please remove the orange update warning from the OP? Bulletin system is sending v2.04 patches now. Thanks

I found her 1 time and given choice for leaving. After I tried to find her Cruise and Streets at evening and night but find nothing.Please help me regarding this.

Well i fixed the FEX bug but I can't get the boutique to trigger... anybody think they can take my save and see if they have better luck?
Ok I am guessing you cannot use old saves? I keep getting errors that screw up the game play and it doesn't appear to matter what save I use. I have not tried starting over which would be a huge pain. It says "An Exception Has Occurred". this is when Mehgan is at the house

To bad that bulletin system patch update is broken. I went into game and downloaded it and tested out the night scene for the first time as I was avoiding them since they were bugged. I got to the end of the scene with Sara and the game crashes to desktop with an exception error.

NameError: name 'sd_list' is not defined
Loaded the game up a second time and it made it to the speed up dials and then all the way.
