There is no plan.

Everything he does is off the cuff (that means "unplanned" for you non-english speakers). The coaching storyline was literally introduce in the last update and didn't survive to the following update. What a masterclass in showing that you don't have a plan. Now he wants to make it DLC? How long until that runs amok?

It's frustrating because I felt the coaching job had a lot of potential to consolidate characters into one location. This would have made it easier for characters to interact.
That's what the person says who was also upset about the superfluous characters and events being added. Sorry for this attack. But that is just as inconsistent as your allegation. I'll say it again: check your motivation.

I am not of the opinion that Sophia now wants / has to catch up on something that she could not do in her past.
We assume here that the marriage with Liam was precipitated and only owed to external constraints. Like pregnancy, for example.
The connection with Liam was made out of love and with full confidence in the future. That a woman only has to turn 30 to be
able to decide on her own what is good for her is a myth. There are always references that Sophia was a wild girl at the age
of 13 and not a sexual despiser.
Now believing Sophia's motives for sexually engaging with teenagers is due to her messed up past provides an excuse that is
simply unnecessary. The woman wants it and at some point she takes it when the opportunities are there. How deep it falls is
decided by the players.

The idea that Sophia is attracted to the idea of a second youth is correct but the motive mentioned here is wrong. She doesn't want to relive the hugs, kisses and long walks under the moonlight but the long nights of sex when Liam never stop.
As a biology teacher and a woman she knows the only ones who can make her relive those moments are the young ones. She even challenges Larry, asking if he can do it a second time.
See the problem with that thinking is while Liam seem's to be a two pump chump at this point in his life he was no doubt good in bed at one point after the meeting with Don Morello they can have sex and Liam basically say's he will make her cum again at some point, So if a guy with two decades of sexual encounters with this woman under his belt can't get her to cum within two minutes how are Sam or Zac going to do that as guys who are almost certainly virgins and have no idea how to please a woman. Although the her mental state could be what gets her to orgasm and not the guys skills if thats the case maybe Dylan would have the edge as it would be very taboo and could be a huge turn on for her in the moment.

No, it's isn't the same thing.

1) I saw the coaching job as a way to consolidate the story. Currently there are numerous characters that need individual events in order for Sophia to interact with them. The coaching job would have made it easier for characters like Sophia, Dylan, Zach, Alyssa, Ellie, and others, to all be in the same place at the same time. This could have saved L&P time in drawing/rendering new environments and writing new events in order for Sophia to see certain characters. Instead, L&P could have used a routine coaching job as a convenient way for everyone to interact and progress relationships.

2) The coaching job provided a great excuse to cut the meandering nursing home storyline. Unless this storyline makes huge progress in this upcoming update, it will have been a waste of time. Eliminating this storyline would not only streamline the story, it would also eliminate characters that are adding nothing to the story and open up opportunities for Sophia to spend more time with characters that matter.

3) Even IF I'm being inconsistent (which I'm not) it still doesn't explain how a storyline like the coaching job could be introduced and then canceled all within one update. If he didn't have a concrete plan for the coaching job from the very beginning he should never have introduced it. I said this from the very beginning, that I felt it was odd to casual throw this new storyline out there but tell everyone that the story may not be developed. This is terrible, TERRIBLE, planning.

Sophia didn't come with Liam and 6 minutes was a record for him. Liam brags. The two young men have no experience but they can fuck her all night long.

Why? We have had previews from previous Dylan events... so what's so different about this one? It's not that L&P shows much anyway.
He is not showing the Dylan/Sophia teaser he is showing another Aiden teaser.
I meant by the" The games a foot Holmes"quote that the dev is building up this event as well.

This is one of the issues with the 'energetic virgins.' I see their lack of experience as necessitating Sophia taking the lead, to show them what to do. (Looking at others having sex in films &/or reading about it is, as we know, not an adequate training regime for the real thing). If she does coach them, it makes her look, shall we say, "a bit odd," (that's an attempt at causing little offence to the fans who would rather have Sophia making love with apprentice-like boys, as opposed to experienced grown-up men).

One answer would be for some of these boys to lose their virginity before a full-on sexual encounter with the MC. Dylan fans should be pleased he's getting a girlfriend for this very reason but even then it's going to take some time before he could reasonably expect to get it on. Maybe Amber can teach him a thing or two?

IMO, it's soccer coaching, so Ellie's not around. The big problem is if you refuse 2/3rd task and Dylan/Zac stay home. Because Coaching without them is not very credible, more, it would take at least two events for something more interesting.

Just becuse they are young does not mean they can last longer than Liam by any means quite the opposite actually becuse they are likely to become overwhelmed by the sensation and cum early, Sure they could get hard again quicker than Liam could but Sophia could become easily bored if she has to keep waiting for her partner to get it up again.

This is one of the issues with the 'energetic virgins.' I see their lack of experience as necessitating Sophia taking the lead, to show them what to do. This was my thinking she is basically wanting to have toe curling eye rolling sex and she can't do that if she has to walk somebody through pleasing a woman and almost certainly be left unsatisfied by the encouter.

I was looking down the road, I think there would be plenty of ways to find an excuse to get Ellie to the practices if it would help advance the story. It would be too convenient not to.

I was interested in the coaching event; I don't like the change of plans; especially if the plot was already written
It's pretty clear to me that nothing has been written outside of a general outline. I think the idea that L&P has written the story in full is false; he has something like an outline but nothing more. His approach to scenes and entire updates is of someone that is writing the details of the story as he goes.

True, some sex before would be ideal, but even with a previous intercourse if you're not born with little talent you need more practice.
But I'd come up with a counterexample. The viagra scene, it would have been normal for Dylan to come very quickly. What I mean is that neither he nor Sam immediately comes in their pants when they see a naked woman.
Plus, the foot massage scene, Dylan showed that he can control himself and that his intention is to give pleasure in the first place.

Sophia is a high school teacher and former college lecturer. She comes from a wealthy academics family. In this new town, she will be gradually confronted with many delicate situations, both familial and extra-familial, full of temptations and taboos, accompanied by the mother of all questions: what’s really right and what’s really wrong? An odyssey of emotions.
So, will she stay the good, faithful wife or will she fall into all the temptations and become a filthy wh**e soon? Some decisions maybe have to be made unwillingly.
And in the end, she has to ask herself… how far can she go.

This is the basic foundation of the game, lest we forget.
