I'll see if I can figure out how to merge the two and release it as a modded version. That said, compared to what was in the OP, applying the patch did translate a number of images, and uncensor some stuff.
Babysitting might need to go through the mod team as well. It was probably cut due to US law and hard to argue that the parties involved were over 18.

It's really nothing different compared to what in other acerola games here. Kind of standard shota cotent you get in pretty much all Acerola games. It was a big deal with Kagura going out of there way to censor the game, and they backtracked on it after the negative feedback. Said they wouldn't do it again, and they haven't changed any other releases.
I'm going to take down the link though, just in case it does break the rules here. I assume you got it?

Yeah, I got it. From what I recall they've gone back and forth on it, sometimes changing characters to different races and such. (Leanna's slice of life)
Your version has a significant number of text changes vs the one on that was on the OP. This may take some time to straighten out.
Yeah, there's like 8 full scenes in that scenario that were cut and altered. I don't know, maybe see if it would even be approved here first before you spend time doing it. I'd feel bad if you were putting work in to only have it denied. I can't see why it would considering those other games are here, but there's weird bans here sometimes.
And yea, I forgot about Leanne's, but from what I was told when I asked KG directly about it, that it was actually Acerola who made those "gnome" adjustments early on based on the direction of Yukino. Afterwards, however, none of the other Acerola titles (or any other games) KG has released had any adjustments, and both Brave Alchemist Colette, and Tear and the Libary of Labyrinths both have quite a bit of shota.

So it occurred to me that the issue may have been with the version in the OP and it not being the latest when the patch was applied, so I applied the patch to your version.
The text differences are gone. The image changes are gone.
There's just 3 changes:
Game.dat
SysDatabase.dat
SysDatabase.project
From there I still have to figure out what is changing but that's at least a smaller set to work on.

I really hate the fact this game is pretty much 99% ntr, prostitution and stuff. She looks too good to be used in that kind of game.
