Holy shit the guy actually took the update file serious, more than 2 months ago I typed something on his suggestion discord but since I am not a patreon i thought it would be ignored.

nothing happens to me either, but after I re-go to the comic store, I repeat the scene with Laura when she transfers the money (I think maybe you need to start by saving the one presented by the beggar that was attached to the game, maybe this will help)

I tried the update patch and got an error message, so I tried again using the old .exe file in place of the one in the patch and it worked fine, there must be something wrong with the .exe file that comes with the patch, and maybe the full download too, I haven't tried that yet.
