Don't understand, is this something I can do or basically impossible?
If you want 4K/5K support for Windows, you can either ask the author to add it or I can patch it in, each time there is a new version. Only takes about 30 seconds. But I'd need a copy of the Assembly-CSharp.dll from the Windows version to do that. I don't feel like downloading 2 GB just to upload one 4 MB file, so anyone willing to upload it can. As for Mac support...the author needs to provide that *unless* Mac has something like Wine. Wine allows Linux distros to run many Windows-based software.

I'd need the Assembly-CSharp.dll (not really wanting to download 2 GB+ just for one file, want someone to upload it). Exact resolutions are needed, such as 3840x2160. As for Mac... Linux has Wine to run Windows stuff. Does Mac, based on BSD, have something similar to support Linux binaries (ELFs)?
I have no idea what you're saying or what you intend to do  but I do understand you're trying to be help.
So, here you go.

Game is 533Mo zipped btw, and you can get it for free at

Thanks for explaining, I didn't realize that it was a file in the game. The guy above uploaded it, thanks sandsea_urchin

I'm looking for 3840x2160 for 4k and 5k would be 5120 × 2880. Just higher res for windows would be great already thanks, I'll use an emulator I guess.

Edit: Also any chance you can do the same for this game: https://f95zone.to/threads/news-desk-v1-0-pyorgara.22148/ ?

The Windows download from MEGA *was* over 2 GB a while back. Wasn't going to bother.

Pay close attention: The text for the menus will still say 1920 and 2560, but they are 3840x2160 and 5120x2880. Pick "1920x1080" for 4K, "2560x1440" for 5K. (The text for those menus is in data.unity3d, a pain in the butt to modify and redistribute online, so just ignore the text. :p) By the way, if you "get lost" trying to set options because of the way the game changes resolution, toggle window maximization to re-stretch things.

*Edit* The author of News Desk didn't lay out the game correctly. You can't reliably use fullscreen unless you're using a 2:1 resolution. That being said, News Desk should only be used in a windowed mode. What resolution would you like?

Thanks a lot! You da man.

For News Desk if possible with high DPI support I would like 5k so 5120x2880, I'm not sure if without fullscreen you would need UI space? So something like 5120x2780?

If there is no support for high res then 2560 × 1440 or 2560 × 1340 if UI space is an issue.

DPI is a completely separate issue. Sometimes text is upscaled, sometimes images are upscaled, you never know until you try. (Entirely dependent upon author and engine, etc.) News Desk *cannot* be made fullscreen or it will cut off parts of the UI. The author screwed up laying out the UI. It must be windowed and the resolution must be height = width / 2 because they went wonky with their layout. I would recommend, 2500x1250 or 3800x1900 or 5000x2500. I posted a 7z with multiple choices on the News Desk thread.

Thanks again for the high res fix, maybe post this in the discord so it can be put into the game so you don't have to update every time. The game looks so crisp now (the text at least) so finally playable with eyestrain lmao.

Does anyone has an issue with breeding?

Virility/fertility potions are not making any difference. Not even a single %

Breeding works fine. Remember that potions & activity (breed/farm/rest/train...) are ignored if you use the "instant breeding", and only count for day end calculations.

Anyone knows, what is Skyworm boss, or rather, where do i find it? There's new achievment to kill it before day 30, but i have no idea where is it. I thought i'd look with boss bait at floating islands but i didn't get a single portal of it on a new playthrough

I haven't found it yet either. My best guess would be in a portal with Heaven biome.

A question: is there a list of endings somewhere? I'm trying to give myself some goals to work toward and am trying to find some that are a little more compelling than achievement hunting.

The endings are what you make of them!

More seriously, there's the regular ending (final mission at X days depending on your game length setting), and the alternate ending (Terranva, and iirc it's different for each MC as well). Keep in mind that some events (town (?) and overworld (confirmed)) only happen after an ending has been reached.

I'm probably missing a lot on this game, failing to understand how one do increase the potential of his units.
I probably need to understand breeding better, but... In the end, I feel really limited, with units that seems good early game, but, due to level limit, end up failing to be powerful enough to stand in end game fights.

Your starter units can be level 10 with taking the 5 maxlvl genes? Good. At the end dungeon in my first attempt in the game though, they were utterlly destroyed in the first battle.

I had fun making a seedling dragon as a druid. Good, really fun especially in the first week of the game! But with it's level max of 5, it becomes weak really soon.

How does one goes beyond that, and especially with such a time limit in place?

I really need to learn about the depths of this game mechanics.

Do you want us to tell you how you get past the early level limit, or would you prefer to finding it on your own? There's actually a pretty simple answer. I didn't catch it until someone here told me lol

Please do.

The only ways I know of are using +5 starting genes on a starting unit, using the very limited king potions, which can't be in enough quantity for a full team worth of units, and ONE trait, that is not exactly easy to get/put on every single of your units.

I'm taking any other advice for someone starting out, that would need to use more advanced mechanics to learrn the game in depth, especially gene manipulation, beeding, and everything of the sort.

The real trick to maxing out the max level stat is the Spirit creatures. The base spirits, when they hit max level you can reset them back to zero. Each time you do, they get an increased max level. Just by spawning a spirit and then using the arena training option you can boost one to level 20 in a few days time.

Once you have a spirit you want to use, you can fuse it with another creature to create a new version of that creature that has the same max level as your spirit.

They're also the easy way to max out stats, or give creature crazy perk combos, and whatnot, through various means.

Starters also have that special action that increases their max level at the cost of exhaustion, don't they? The downside is that it doesn't increase genetic max level, so it's only useful for trying to let your starters grow further, and not for trying to create a god.
