It depends on the choices you make. There's almost no difference from 'red heart' paths. And I think the most noticeable difference with patch is that the 'black heart' path for the gym chick can lead to you forcing her. without the patch when you attempt to force her, she shoves you off and kicks you out.
with the new update, the first change is in the grocery store, it gives you an additional option to deal with the angry guy. based on context clues from other scenes... i'm guessing you sucker punch him to 'avoid injury'.
although it's labeled incest patch... there's no actual incest yet(as far as i know).

Why did the dev lock the extra scenes behind the patch? Why not just include it in the base game?
I did not know this patch WAS in fact the incest patch. I thought that patch was just for renaming characters which is par on course for games here. I guess I'll have to replay the latest update then. At this rate I see no reason to not play with the incest patch, since you'll be missing out on content by not using it.

It's not just renaming the landlady and roommate characters to mother and sister. There aren't any lewd scenes with them anyway at this point, as mentioned above.
The patch also alters the very first sex scene of the game, the college girl flashback, to outright rape. That's also not okay with Patreon rules. I think there's more changes like that, I don't honestly remember, it's been a while.
Yea I got it now. I just thought it was the standard changing landlady to mother type of patch, which is something I never bothered with. What's more it was called an "incest" path which further mislead me into thinking this way.

. I'll wait for the v0.05 patch then. I am surprise at how cautious the dev is with the patch though, there are plenty of games here that have more explicit scenes which were included in the base game. But then again I have not seen the ones in Banking on Bella.The patch opens up other AVOIDABLE fetishes that are considered a huge no-no with Patreon terms i.e. incest rape, etc.
It's been awhile since I played it. There are different routes for different girls and different things will happen to them. There is one girl you meet if you are on the love route with her she won't get preggo as she'll say she's on the pill but if you go the rape route with her she'll get preggo. I think the one girl at the beginning of the game gets preggo if you do it right as well.

Even without that, it's incredibly easy to change money or any other value with the Ren'Py Save Editor. (I would be careful and avoid going crazy with this; the game could do unexpected things if you make a value too outrageously high.) After you've downloaded that, close the game and open a save file with the editor. Unmark the two boxes at the top (so nothing is filtered) and type dollars in the search. When that listing comes up, double-click on the value and change it. Be sure to click the Apply Changes button, and then close the editor. When you start the game again and load the modified save, you'll have whatever money you indicated.
As a side note, sometimes (definitely not always), you can avoid money altogether without any negative affect to a girl's impression of the MC. For instance, with this latest update, choosing to tell Mallorie that you were in a Christian rock band will make her find you so hilarious that she won't even remember to ask you to pay the $100 you otherwise would lose. The evening will then proceed as it would if you otherwise coughed up the hefty sum.

You can use urm link in my signature watch the tutorial video search for money with value and put whatever you want
You can also use unren (found on the site) to extract the game files then bring up the game and hit shift + D then variables to see what all variables are active then hit shift + O to open the console and type in dollars=whatever value you want then hit enter and it should change in game. Make sure to pay attention as everything is case senitive so if something is like Money then you must type in Money when doing the console change.

just drag and drop a save file onto the screen and then find what you need edit it and then save. Once the save file is downloaded take it and drop it into the save folder to overwrite the old one and then load that save file.

You can exchange Charm Points for cash with your own sweet mother...errr landlady. I spent a lot in the last two updates and got a scene with the landlady in which I was able to exchange red hearts for cash. I've also got an app on the phone that allows me to call her whenever I need some cash as long as I have Charm in exchange. BUT the downside if you cash in those point you might miss something later. So balancing act. I don't use the mod btw so I can't speak to how that might mess this up.

I don't believe so, although it's possible I missed it. It's the weekend in the game for this release, so I don't think there's anything with Janice at all this time.
