Every Mistress will have at least one foot and leg fetish situation, usually more.
Most will have a combination of ass, tit or pussy worship.
More niche 'physical' fetishes will also appear frequently, like latex and stockings, muscle worship, smothering & facesitting
Every Mistress will have some form of in-depth brainwashing training, whether it's themed more like pet play, slave training, goddess worship, or something else.
Humiliation, strict Mistresses, and gentle ones will all be represented.
Things like pegging, chastity and golden showers will be added after a few updates in expansions to Mistresses that have demand for them.
Total mindfuck/brainwashing and depersonalization is also something I want to add to some of them - really there will be very few limits, I'm just going to give priority to the more common femdom-related fetishes, then sprinkle in the more spicy niche stuff wherever it makes sense.
Also trying to make this more community-driven than a typical project - so if I notice a lot of demand for a particular fetish or type of Mistress, I'll probably implement it at some point.

Will some mistresses be required to interact with to acquire content from the others?
One thing I hated about Tower of Trample is that I had to progress with girls I didn't like to get things like the puppy gear.

There are no plans for that at the moment, and won't be for a long time even if some ideas do pop up. I'd imagine it's only something that would be done if it's discovered that people who enjoy one Mistress have a ton of overlapping enjoyment with another. It's probably not gonna happen - all of the experiences are pretty much going to be anthological, one at a time, isolated each other. Each Mistress is there for her own purpose, and would only be linked to another if it fit her backstory.

As for future kinks, I think coed boxing (Say in the amazoness fighting pit) would be very fitting. MC trade punches with one of the amazonesses with a few women in the audience cheering and teasing MC. The possibility of Chastity makes me excited for this game. Too few femdom games seem to include it to a reasonable extent.

Greco-Roman inspired fantasy world? Checked. Femdom? Checked. Feet as a main fetish? Checked. I already know I'll love this game! The only turn-off for me is how mindnumbingly dumb the MC seems to be so far - I get that he is a peasant who hasn't travelled far from his homestead and is likely illiterate, but he should at least tell that he has been enslaved when he was collared and brought to an arena/auction-house-like structure... Obviously this is just a minor complaint and I still very much look forward to your game, but for me it always reduces immersion a bit if the MC is too stupid, as part of the enjoyment of any game where you are enslaved is the MC fully understanding what is happening to him and either being openly defiant and slowly coming to the realization that he has no hope of winning or escaping/embracing his inner submissive desires with the guidance of the Mistresses and eventually growing to love his predicament. I find your idea that the Gladiatrices will also have some sort of mindbreaking training very promising in this regard though!
Also, I don't know if you've heard of it, but this story/setting reminds me very much of an Erotica femdom novel (one of the few dozens or so that exist...) called "By Sovereignty of Nature: She Shall Have Music" by Will Lowtide - similarly the story follows a peasant boy that is enslaved in a gynarchic kingdom, but in the book there is also a shepherd girl kidnapped alongside him who eventually becomes a slaver and minister in the gynarchy herself, and in the book the gynarchy has also been very recently established, only through a revolution as opposed to monarchic succesion. This is generally a good sign - if a 0.1 "prototype" of a game can conjure similarities with a decent novel, I'm inclined to think there's at least a spark of greatness in the writing!
Finally, and I can't believe I'm the first to ask this, but is the protagonist's default name ("Bingus") a Monty Python's "Life of Brian" easter egg? (Bingus certainly sounds very close to a certain famous Roman from that movie...)

Parts of your post would make a pretty good review for the game. I think I will also write a 5 star review, this needs more attention we need more great Tower of Trample inspired femdom games.

It's actually the first book of a trilogy that follows the original revolution, rise and growth of the ginarchy over multiple years, as well as the stories of the 2 original characters throughout this time. It's set in a fantasy world that is very similar to the European enlightenment/late renaissance, and in the gynarchic revolution itself you can see certain parallels with the French revolution of 1789 or even the Bolshevik one of 1917. (in the ways they create propaganda/restructure all of society after the revolution around their ideology/worldview, obviously with the difference that their ideology is female supremacy/dominance, not bourgeois democracy or Marxism-Leninism...) It's a good book, and you can get the first part on kindle for 2.50 pounds. (when I read it though 2 of the 3 parts were free with Kindle unlimited) I won't link it here as this thread is for Gladia and I do not want to upset the author by promoting other products here, but you can easily find the book on amazon!
