Going fast is intrinsically fun. Most drivers who drive fast would love to be able to do so without consequence. Some may like the thrill of potentially getting caught, but that's by far the minority.
Likewise, someone cheating in this game probably wants to be able to play without the potential consequences (bad ending, game over, etc).

Why would the event tracker be removed?
Do we know what engine was used for making/animating the models? I really like the mix of anime-style and 3D.

I mean I guess I've never actually calculated what percentage of games here is lewd stuff, but that is an odd disclaimer to put on a product on a website where most of the userbase is (I assume)proficient in operating their computing devices with one hand while the other is performing strenuous repetitive pumping motions. I do like The DeLuca Family, so it's not entirely out of the realm of possibility, but still quite bizarre.

Not at all. Ask the average use on this part of the board how often they still fap to this game, the answers will quite likely surprise you.
This is definitely not a fap fodder game. You start cause of the premise of cute schoolgirls and the next moment you are somehow emotionally invested in the plot and skip past any H-scenes.
Your expectations because of the nature of this board aside but not everything is the same and likewise not every game has to cater to the same expectations. This is different, brilliant but different to basically most games here and if you are planning to use it solely for the purpose of defeating the horny, you certainly can - but chances are you too will rather get captivated by the brilliant writing and characters that could very well mirror people you met in your life, including all struggles, baggage and emotional scars.
Since by now it's pretty much proven that those are the main strengths of this game, and not it's fapability, it's not bizarre at all to advertise those strengths as well, as opposed to the nature of that board. (Also keep in mind it's a pirate board, games here hardly ever are posted cause devs wanted it but rather cause of making the best out of a bad situation, the real advertising is for Patreon or subscribe star which have less of an explicit reputation).
