Nice update, although one problem I am having with the game is that some systems, such as mine, are picky about filenames so a lot of images in the game throw errors because they fail to load, such as "WorkFront-" images not loading because the game is asking for them as "Workfront-" without the capital F.
Also a small suggestion if you rework the art, maybe you could try using vectors for the drawing's outlines so they look nice and smooth?

Huh, never encountered RPG maker being case sensitive, I'll adjust the names to all be lowercase in future updates, even if it's a rare thing.

Beach permit I guess I need to specify better that you need to do a hangout with Eve at the beach(the quest actually unlocks beach hangouts, though no art yet).

No, it was clear that I was supposed to do that. My issues were I wasn't sure it was in, and I had no idea who Eve is. You don't have it set to show the speaker's name, and since I've been skipping through already seen story, I had no clue who Eve was. I tried taking to the aunt (Cass), ghost (probably eve? options to hang out at onsen and park which aren't implemented), secretary (probably not eve unless she now talks in 3rd person), and the fairy (dhalia). Also talked to most/all the other npc's that can be spoken to, as well as checking the edges of town for map transitions. I'm either missing something obvious or somethings broken.
Did a fresh start to confirm replication, added gold to grab outfits, but otherwise no tampering
Save attached if you want to poke at it.

Eve is the secretary of the mayor who you get the permits from. I tend to just use the faces to show who is talking and blank is the narrator, though I need to adjust some conversations with generic NPC faces.

i made the game die
mayor asking to kill the ghost scene got in a infinite loop
secretary giving me quest for permit giving them when as rewards but they did not work
aunt never calling the alchemist to make the bait for the ghost but all other quests i've seen was ok
i bought all clothes that was in the store but lotof them had confusing result (saying no content and then playing content but stoping midway)
at somepoint i finaly got the bait for that ghost (i had nearly all the other permit at that point ) and finaly got the right to sell beer on saturday ........................................... but nothing realy changed except the litttle board in front was interactible, saying me the permit i have was not implemented, so i had it, the game seem to have a really funny story, the gameplay seem nice but i could only see that it should be there but i did something that make it disapear T_T i would love a walkthrough to avoid the death trap i've saw if it's only for me

Have no clue how the first quest bugged, tried several things to get it to bug but it never looped. Could you possibly be using an old save? As for the permit it allows you to do the weekend events which are little events that you can attend by choosing to attend from the bar on saturdays. The other permits I think I forgot to actually give with the permit quests because they have no actual content yet until the next update so I will make sure that's fixed. The sign still says not implemented since most aren't so you'll have to wait for the next update(Sorry). As for the walkthrough I think I'll take some time to implement the bath walkthrough text that should direct you through the story.

Oh, and what happened is you activated the weekend events before doing the quest to unlock them, as such it broke variables. It will be fixed in the next release and the quests don't have any pictures yet so I wouldn't say it's too big of a bug right now.

talk about dumb luck T_T there was at least two scene (bra/no bra) for that event and then single line "event"

please just remove the stuff that isn't implemented. It's really confusing to see things that are kinda implemented but not really and also the other way around. It's really frustrating. I understand if you want to tease future releases but this definitely isn't the way to do it.

Unlikely, didn't exactly plan any romance. Though I still need to rewrite the ending so maybe I will add in a romance quest ending.

Yeah, I hate it too, it's why I started making content stops so it shows the content up to that point. Once the current patch is finished I will begin the long process of bringing every planned bit of content up to the current chapter.

I had planned for another engine for a specific game, but unfortunately I wasn't able to finish my new computer this year so while I'm saving up again I plan to make another game in RPG maker. The game would have been in Unity which my computer can develop in but very slowly. Even still Barkeeper is a ways away from being finished, so while I do have two planned games that I am constantly toying with they are not even going to be in real development mode until months from now.
