Yes those girls are from CK, but that scene is definitely from CoR.

They asked me to stop talking about it, remove it, and just act like it never happened, and I respect their request, even if the respect is not reciprocated.
And it was an easter egg code, never part of the game, like the other ones

Doesn't mean you can deflect accusations of stealing a scene by going "those aren't my characters" implying you didn't put that in your game.

Not wanting to waste time on a bonus thing doesn't excuse you from taking someone else's work.
No that is not what that implies. If that was true I could take your whole game, swap a few character models, and reupload it as my own, because "you made it public".
You are literally making money from this game, and were when that scene was included. That's what commercial use means.
Speaking of wastes of time, I've got better things to do than continue this.

It almost sounds like I offended you in some way, and I don't understand what I did to you, however, again, you put a scene to public use for any living thing? Anyone can do whatever they want with it. If someone gives a character card and starts doing whatever they want with it, you can't say anything to them.

Well there is a difference between stealing and making a derivative copy. If people can see it then they can copy it. Many artist throughout time have done this.

I think it was fun but it's out of context now which is a shame. The reason you made it, the characters used, and the scenes you took inspiration from to make it quickly are all fragments of a fleeting dream but the erosion of game history isn't a unique problem. Rather a problem with writing reviews for an early access game as any highlights or complaints can be changed come next version.

Speaking of wastes of time, I've got better things to do than continue this.

June 18, also do you serious look at these 2 scenes and think mine is the copy. The boob of the girl to the right are bent beacuse OP dident bother changing the IK.

I think it was fun but it's out of context now which is a shame. Has the thread become a court of law? Already said several times, your scene was public, don't complain, the same thing the characters, and there was a specific reason related to the "invasion", I had already said they were not mine, and again, they are not part of the game.

So you actually uploaded a finished scene that could easily be swapped out? Because if they at least had to look at and mimic the scene that's one thing but if you handed out the recipe card then wonder why others are making cookies with it well that's on you. However the part when you give artistic advice is commendable

A pirate site is hardly the place for the philosophical argument of tracing, derivatives, etc as most people on here are more concerned if they can get off to the scene which since it was removed then sadly no, they can't.

It's nice to have the moral high ground but when that ground has been removed it's just preaching into the endless void now. Maybe you'll attract a few haters that just dog pile for the sake of a dog pile but really this is rather late to the party.
