Maybe there is "errors.txt", "log.txt" or "traceback.txt" in the games root directory where the problem is noted. Or maybe it is blocked by an antivirus program.

It's cool, that there are those exclamation points, so you know, there is still something more to do, but since there is absolutely no clue, what can you do it's not helping too much. SO I have Rosie on 90% lv4, Lucie 0% lv4, Mary (without ! lv1), and Mika 10% with lv2. All girls except Mary with !.

Have you met May (redhead) in the hospital yet?
If not, you should probably continue with Mika's story and then the other events will follow, I think.
If it doesn't work, I'll see if you manage to upload a save.

As I thought you should move on with Mika first. In the evening, go to her apartment and she will ask to buy something. Here's a walkthrough that I think will help.

Next morning go to PC, buy yoga mat - no internet connection
Go to basement - wake up with Rosie and Lucy in hospital - kisses - meet May - go home
Go to hospital and ask for May (2nd may event)

Ok editing my rant to be more on topic. Only new thing we got was a BJ. Its like dev saw the Blue Ball simulator posts and reviews, and went "look you get to blow your load with a girl now!" This is now "friend zone simulator" Because the MC is clearly got issues with having sex with any of them, as of now it wouldn't even be a push to have sex in the story at all it should literally happen by accident at this stage of trust, love and affection for each other with the women in game. Like it feels like MC is gonna have to get a promise ring for both girls, co sign for a few leases and loans with them. Like they have to have them locked in tight before sex is gonna happen like most fucked up friend zone I ever heard of.
Like you already bend over backwards, get them to like you, love you, etc. But whole time MC is trying to also be like "nah brah I got get them to be so dependent on me and their love for me, that once we fuck they can't break up next day." Its like "brah" why the hell do you think sex would make it all go to hell at this stage not having sex is doing more long term damage then anything else. Like legit at this point they will be full dependent on the MC, and their feelings and love, for said MC, only reason to need that much security is you are horrible at sex, or you are that deep in freind zone. Like I been in the zone and this guy is just digging and digging so its like "oh yeah casual sex with mc no no not gonna happen it would be like fucking my step dad, its like sure he got me out of trouble and bought me a car, but come on are relation ship has never been that intamite."
Like feels like that is devs goal, to get them so dependent instead of great sex, he can have sad pitty sex, and they go "well he does love me a ton, and he did help me get a job, co sign my lease, put my first husband threw law school, so I guess its ok we fuck now, it doesn't make a bad person does it?" And I seen relationships like this where you get that dependent before sex, it don't work you should be having sex before hand so you know if its good match or not. At this stage only reason to put it off is your bad, and you know its a deal breaker. And yes people do this in real life, and yes it makes plenty of divorce lawyers good money. Like i know people in real life who did this, went "well she was a virgin so we played it slow till marriage." Its like yeah and now she is active she sorted out you two are kind of bad match you can't keep her satisfied, and her sex drive is too much for you. the game had some much potential but the dev has some issues, cant repeat some event (unless he fixed that? nah i doubt it) 3 years I think in the making and well.... still here....
