I dont think nobody cares. I think a member base has to build from what a developer does. So provide a good storyline, graphics is one. But, certainly at the beginning, regular updates of the game and his/her own site/patreon or something and build some sort of fanbase. The last years a lot of developers didnt finish games or left without news after a couple of updates.
Look for instance at a game i think called Estate ?? or something like that. Some crazy femdom game with amazing graphs and a bit weird fetish storyline. Has not been updated for almost a year now, but still has a rather large fanbase.
Dont dispare, every beginning is hard. Invest in your game, storywise, language,graphs, updates and promote it with wallpapers, answering fan input on patreon, etc and it will rise a bit.
And don't think you will earn easy money...

Agreed, but maybe he'd have a helluva lot more patrons, if he updated more frequently?
Or even made a bit more of an effort to tell folks what's going on?
Are people just meant to keep supporting month after month for basically nothing?

The visuals of the game are really good, imo. The premise is decent and the story-telling too.

But what can you say about a dev who barely seems to communicate at all and as I understand it, is saying 6 to 8 months per update?

Then, he comes up on here saying he's going to complicate things for himself even more by adding extra elements to the game(sandbox-type stuff, I think it was).

This game is either going to have to be pretty fast-paced, or we'll all be waiting 5, 6 years for Victoria to actually do anything.

Hope I'm wrong, but this one's got 'soon to be abandoned' written all over it.

The last update, which lasted about half a year, was very small and now it's over 5 months again. If the update isn't going to be really big and has some awesome lewd scenes, then he won't be able to build a fan base.

I'm not very optimistic about this project, liked the way the main character looked but found the actual game dull and boring, as stated its been ages between updates and when they arrive I feel they'll be underwelming and drawn out.

Decent enough update, to be fair, but maybe a little short?
Took me all of 25 mins to play and I was reading everything.
I expected more, but it's worth the 5 bucks, imo. So, no complaints about that.
If the dev is only going to put out 2 updates per year, he needs to make better use of his rendering time.
I think he could definitely do more with the same number of images
You don't need to have a new image for virtually every line of conversation.
It's little wonder that this is taking so long to come out.
That said, the guy is only making 64 dollars per month, so what can you expect.
Just my two-pence worth. :)

They're not fully-animated, more likew here one image fades into another type of thing, but there are some animations, yes.

I think it's up to each individual person to decide whether they should share or not and in this case, I'm not going to.

It's literally five bucks. That's fuck-all, to be blunt.

Wht not give the dev a break and also some encouragement by supporting the game?

Sorry, but I'm not sorry. ;)
