A strange comparison.
It's a matter for each person individually, everyone has a certain tolerance limit. I usually avoid MTL games, because I have so many officially and fan translated ones on my hard drive that I'm running out of life to play them all xD However! it should be noted that there really aren't that many good translated ero-strategic games.
Besides, the next part of the series, which will soon be officially translated, is a newer installment of the series, so the chance that they will come back for an older one in X amount of time is much smaller, although there is always a chance...
In other words, in this particular case I decided that there is no point in waiting, because the real translation may never come or it may happen in a few years. Anyway, the fact that I'm downloading this game means only that it will be among almost a thousand others on my hard drive xD, so I don't have to play it right away.

1. Download the game (I did it from the NOPY link)
2. Unpack using "Japanese encoding"
3. Download patch from

You must be registered to see the links

4. and paste ONLY the file "patch4.xp3" into the main game folder
5. Run using Locale Emulator Admin - Japanese.
I did it this way and everything works for me.

Unfortunately this is still MTL, but we can play this one while we wait for the "VenusBlood HOLLOW International" which is being officially translated and should arrive next month.
