just so you guys remember, the "friend" in question you guys are talking about, is not exactly a friend, just a patient with mental illness... is it a bad thing to use a mentally unstable patient to do his bidding? certainly, but they were not friends
Whether we think of him as an alpha or a beta I think we can all agree that he is deeply unethical and has no business having a license as a therapist. We know this because he is self-aware enough to tell us so in his inner monologue.

agreed, what he did using his patient is something that should strip him from his license, but then again, the boy was insane enough that even if the MC did not push him, he would go after Mark, because in his mind, he HAS to free her from him

I also agree that he can't be held responsible for him going after Mark as nobody would ever be a therapist if they were held responsible for what mentally disturbed people do outside of their supervision. However, in US law therapists have a duty to warn if they are told that a patient is planning to do something that will harm themselves or others. In his case, he just said "Fuck it. Let's see how this shakes out" even if he doesn't give his patient direction on what to do. Since both individuals are his patients he would certainly come under scrutiny during the investigation. This is probably why he made no effort to call the cops and report Mark for breaking and entering, two counts of assault and battery, one count of assault with a deadly weapon, and one count of second-degree aggravated sexual assault. Any one of those would have been sufficient to prevent the NTR ending I think.

Flying the pregnancy tag, so here's the inevitable question:
How does pregnancy play out in this game?

Since I don't really like NTR, I didn't like the ending.
And probably the author should take this as a compliment)

By the way, the phrase "I doing this for you" is very cleverly used.
It hit even harder than all sex scenes with Mark.

I didn't quite like such drastic changes in the behaviour of characters, but naturally, this can be explained by a short story.

edit:
It's strange that of all the girls, the one I liked the most was the one with the least screen time - Melissa.
The ending where she meets a man and is apparently happy - makes sense, but it's strange that Mark can get 3 girls, and MC only 2)

This is pretty good! Kudos to PowerPlower.

Anyone know a similar game to this? A psychologist-related, or mind-game-related where MC tries to circumvent people around... Or Light Yagami type of MC  . The closest I could think of is Second Girl's Happiness.

The idea is really nice, and you can expand on it on your next game dev, where you play as a pyschologist who can manipulate people for sex/or dominate them/ or pursue love route.

he is stealing his date in front of him and you say this game have that fetish avoidable when the player don't have any fucking choice to avoid that, story-wise or not for me it counts as cuck content even if they are not in a relationship is clear they are somehow dating... any man will beat the hell out of that guy or at least try to...
Anyway, is clear this game is not for me. (y)

You should be clear and add the tags before more people take the bait.
Just a recommendation.
was going to ask if it is realy avoidable...thx for saving me for wasting time of this game.

How many therapists in games on F95Zone would keep their license?

If they're male, they're inevitably as unethical as five unethical things.

If they're female they're probably just as unethical--with two exceptions I can think of:

a) I don't remember the game, but the therapist is basically a gatekeeper for a rapist MC who convinces her he's fine now.

b) Doctor Amana, Sexual Therapist; if you close one eye and squint, is technically ethical as she's not to blame for her patient, the MC's, many affairs and involvements. (iirc, and it's been a while).
