I think dude is joking about the cheap
philosophical titels these games have because of terrible translation.
when the user is mtl, joke aside , yes some games tend to have philosophical titles because the translation, but japanese tend to name games weirdly, like i don't know goblin burrow : ill borne <<< which doesn't have any sense

Isn't it usually men who gets women pregnant in the darkness?
You know the word cuckold is actually about women cheating and getting babies from another man?
They get pregnant, lay their eggs in some others nest and move on, and then they take care of them as their own.
Cuckoo bird? Just google it and correct me, either way? Yeah?
Edit: yeah, of course she could be in the darkness that way too

It's not just because of translation, japan likes to use this strategy of putting long and descriptive titles to their games, books and anime, their reasoning is that people are more likely to buy the content when the title already gives you a summary of what to expect, and it seems to be working because more and more content is being released with these long and descriptive titles.

Reminds me of this forced Exposition bs you almost see too often in anime. Hate it. That is the only reason why I dont like some of that stuff.

is pregnancy avoidable? And before i get facepalms: i mean it serious. Is it possible to make a run without getting pregnant? I guess losing a battle results in rape and insemination... but if i don't lose it will be ok or is pregnancy part of the story no matter what?

I haven't downloaded it yet but is it just monsters or are there humans also trying to get her pregnant?

So far I'm stuck at 9/10 in the forest. Can't find the last mofo. Any leads?

Nvm it's the stupid odor mechanic. Slow game. Not for my tastes.

Anyone else have two commonevents files? My unzipping tool wants me to overwrite or rename one.
The issue is that the uploader did a mistake when zipping the game

(two files with the same name)
So when you unzip it windows will ask you to replace the file with the same name, if you don't replace you will get a second one.
Probably the slightly bigger file is the translated one, but could be the other way around.

Okay so after playing this I can say if someone sat for a couple hours sifting through some broken/nonsensical parts of the translation this game is perfectly playable but I only just managed to beat the first boss but ESL's may struggle despite, sadly the clothing & some menu aspects are untranslated & it really breaks the flow because of how important clothing is.
Speaking of the clothing system, I'm unsure what conditions are required but body/mental off clothes is a permanent boost to hp/sp, you can change classes after earning certain pieces of clothing & some useable/passive permanent skills once capped out however I don't understand the conditions to unlock any of these skills.
occasionally you'll get a "gift" of sorts out of a battle - alot of it is mundane like full hp/sp restore, double drop rate on items, more stockpile (the money in game) and whopping stockpile rewards I got two gifts rewarding me overall with a whopping 81 stockpile once I got more of this to buy healing items it became easier.
The game states you'll have a VERY hard time doing it solo, took me a while to figure out how to get a party member, if you talk to the dude just before leaving the village the deputy mayor I believe he can assign you a hero, you can only beat the first boss if you get one of these guys, it's not possible to win otherwise.
Stockpile/money is important as you get it from killing monsters and it slowly drains by 1-4 I think per day.
lastly the clothing system once more; You can talk to a cat near the bathhouse to get a unique dialogue, it turns out that cat is actually a fairy. You can take it back to your house & give it any extra clothing items you acquire & get the stats from that piece of extra clothing 100% free which means you can get a stat boost twice I think. That's all I really now atm hope it helps.
