Even right now we already have over 1.1GB of repetitive videos unused in the story mode, and that's for 1 map, imagine how much this is going to grow if you add one video for each map like you are planning to. Which is why I believe it would work better as a sepparate download file.
Especially for people like me that already have HS setup, or those that simply will focus over the story mode.

Walk me through this then. How would you stage this? I've got a mac version and a pc version hosted through mega and mediafire. Assuming I do this for the next update, I could just call it 0.1.3 and 0.1.3b. So now I've got 4 distributions and 8 uploads I have to keep track of. Assuming the player is able to figure out which version they want, I'd still have to customize the UI b4 uploading it. Anytime I want to update the game, I'd have to copy all the images and videos I've captured for each new chapter into the alternate version. It's possible, but I don't see this happening without me making some sort of mistake. Plus, there'd always be that one guy asking me why I deleted sandbox lol.

As far as it not being related to the story, it's not supposed to. It's an entirely different game mode.

If it IS another game, just create another renpy project with this content exlusively like other devs already do with side stories for their games.
Then it can have it's own game thread and version, that way people can easily keep track of which one of them was updated and so on.

First thing I do with a new game is save, then turn on skipping unseen text and see how long it takes me to get to the first choice, to see what kind of game I'm dealing with.

You can have no choices, and call it a kinetic novel -- that's fine.

You can have a handful of choices that lead to a handful of different stories -- also fine.

You can have lots of independent or intertwining choices that make a complex branching story -- much more challenging, but certainly much more satisfying as well if you pull it off.

Just don't put in a single "choice" that's just a game over if you get it "wrong". There's nothing interesting or satisfying in that, you're just testing if the player is awake. Don't worry, if they haven't turned your game off yet, they probably are.

Of course this is by far not the first or only game I've tried where this happens, but it always baffles me. Even as a test there's no point, at least test with a choice with some impact then to see if you're willing (and able) to keep it up.

The other girls will have very limited interactions with anyone but the mc upfront. Not sure what I'll do in the later stages of the game yet as I haven't written those yet. The only ntr thing currently in the game is stella blowing katsuo in the bathroom. But shes literally the other guys gf and not a love interest atm.

Then again, you may just want to skip the game if that's not your cup of tea. I'm sure orgies and sharing will happen at some point since it's integral to the plot. I wouldn't want anyone to think this is some sort of happy harem love story.

So i checked the game and have a question , Does NTR tag is referring to the prologue part in chapter one with the group sex or it will have content in the future as well and our girls will get stolen ?

Also the fact that different music exist for different part is a plus that a lot of games don`t even bother to add , noice

I managed to find some tags that are missing , please add these tags : Animated , Urination , humiliation and (possibly) slave

I want to complaint about the MC having a face that already exist in other game and is not original but i know character making is hard and not everybody can pull it off but it would be a BIG plus if that happens .

Yeah you are right , ( i thought about the content ) and there is not really a good scene that shows NTR content and perhaps the only reason this game is tagged as such is for future updates ? which in that case it is best to be removed and then added when the content is in game .

By the way , tags are there for the games in general and not about the protagonist . For example a game can have rape tag but MC will not rape anyone or get raped or even any of the side character but game will have tag because in the background it is happening to people that are not relevant to story and so on.

I almost skipped over this one, but being bored and horny I decided to say, "fuck it" and give it a try, and lemme tell ya, I'm glad I did.

Even though this first release is, honestly, pretty tiny, it's a great prologue to what I suspect will be a great game. Although the general premise of the game is pretty cheese-y and unrealistic, the reactions of the characters is very reasonable and realistic: some variation of, "Really? That's fucked up; are we gonna talk about how fucked up that is?" Honestly, the "reasonable character reacts to unreasonable premise" trope really makes me smile, and seeing every character express their own reaction to this is great. Speaking of which, it's also established very quickly just how unique each of the characters are, just in their dialogue. Even though everyone's reaction is basically the same, the way they express it gives us a pretty clear insight to their characters, and I really appreciate the quick character intros. It also helps that their dialogue is very clearly well thought through and feels very organic. You can just feel how some characters have known each other for a long time and how some are less familiar with each other.

One criticism I have, though, is in the way the camera cuts. I think there's too many unnecessary camera cuts that kinda break what is otherwise a great immersion into the story. Not all of these camera cuts are excessive, though. One instance of a deliberate camera cut that aids in story-telling was when Mei was talking shit about the classroom monitor(?), and the camera cut to show her over Mei's shoulder as she talked about them. That was an excellent choice. I also notice that there are times with much more appropriate methods of portraying the flow of conversation. In the art classroom, instead of camera cuts, more often the heads or eyes of the speaker moves toward the person they're addressing instead of performing a whole camera cut, and this too was an excellent choice. As more chapters of the story are released, I'd like to see more of this to keep the story grounded.

Overall, excellent work, my friend. I'm glad I found this game, and I'll be enthusiastically following your progress. Cheers!

Thanks for the positivity! I agree about the camera cuts though. Still learning how to actually develop one of these VNs. Lots of trial and error.

It seems from the comments the Sandbox version has more "deepth" (?) since you can interact with them and get them to know more, which arnt shown in the RenPy version.
I dont mind Sandbox but many people hate it. So perhaps in the future where there will be more content you should make a note and say that you get more "content" as interactions with the "LIs" (Can you even call them in such a game ?) and the world surrounding them if you play it.
(Perhaps you can make some "unique" SFW and NSFW scenes for Sandbox only so you kinda force them to play it?)
Heck, if I knew before I would have played the Sandbox version too.

So since you like such content anyway why not go full-mode about the group-sex/sharing/NTR/etc and give what the other people wants ? Currently, sandbox mode isn't fully implemented. There will be additional functions added later. The ultimate goal of this mode will be to make the girls pregnant and unlock other maps.

Yes. I'd prefer to keep the main LI's away from the other men as much as possible, but it might be somewhat unavoidable depending on where the plot goes. The side characters are kind of fair game though since they're not really girls the player should be focused on. I've purposely made them less attractive or have some undesirable personality traits so this is clear. Miki, Ema, Kanae, and Saki are just background characters so the game doesn't feel so empty.
