None of the download links work and I've tried extracting using WinRar but it doesn't wanna do anything but give me viruses. Can someone help me figure out the download process here? Any support is appreciated

How does grapple work in BoneMod?

In the original game you had to press left-right to escape a grapple, but no matter what I do on BoneMod escape bar keeps resetting?

Is there a way to disable player damage when shes getting raped?

Found the in-game menu..but god mode doesn't work?

I think that's added by a mod
you'll have to remove the entire mod if you want to not take damage
unless you're talking about the facehuggers which damage you in vanilla
that you can't disable at all

Honestly, these questions and answers about Grimhelm should be stickied somewhere. No, there aren't any public plans to make another game. No, he isn't posting any updates. No, he isn't dead, most likely. It's just normal for him to go dark for years.

In short, we don't know anything for certain. Sorry.

But people would still skip past the sticky and post the questions anyway. Though I suppose responding would be easier - just relink the sticky'd post.

have you seen the Fallen Doll: OL thread?
There was literaly a giant orange text saying
THE NEW GAME BUTTON NO WORK - LEADS TO STEAM PAGE
and people STILL asked why they couldn't start a new game over and over again, for multiple pages worth of comments, while people were also repeatedly answering. Some of them couldn't read like 5 posts above their question...

the cheat mod lets you cheat
kmod adds some text that represents eve's thoughts, can be normal, ashamed, lewd etc as you do certain things, I think it adds some extra keybinds like undressing as well as making enemy grapples harder to escape
and hardmod is...hard...(same as bonemod I think)

hardmod is the original incarnation of bonedmod - it's very difficult. Also some features are broken IIRC. I don't think even the author recommends using it.

bonedmod is the much better and slightly easier successor - worth giving a go once you've gotten the hang of playing the base game.

k-mod (and the derivative honokan mod of that) add some lite corruption mechanics to the game, as well as the aforementioned text bubbles. It's still a work in progress, but also worth giving a go to see some new twists on the original mechanics.

game is very good, however the balance goes kind of bad around the time you start seeing the Alien's aliens and the enemy becomes very resistant to anything that can deal damage until you level up enough and get better equipment

also, the ending escape is kind of "repetitive", you will be wasting alot of time trying to get out of the hole to get moving towards the ship.

yea I didn't like the mid and end game either, once I reached it I just turned on cheats and blasted everyone.
it's not fun for me fighting monsters whose scenes you've already seen over and over again except now they have 100 times the HP...fuck that man
