Coming to a pirate site, and asking the community to put pressure on a fellow pirate, is not something I can accept.

I would agree with you if this was the case, but equating a leaker with a pirate is disingenuous.

I'm beginning to hate F95Zone ...this site is Patreon 1.5. We got the devs talking here more than they do on their Patreon page"talking about delaying the game because one QA guys leak their beta test on A PIRATE GAMES PORN SITE" and people here kissing their feet it's disgusting.
And this is not the first time..I have posted leaks and patron-exclusive on this site and got attacked because of it. I don't understand this fangirl obsession to defend someone on a pirate site where I presume you steal their content because you don't want to pay. If you support them go on the Patreon page and attack anyone that is freeloading there.

Even pirates have a code. And also, why would you want to pirate a unplayable test version? Just wait and pirate it when it's ready, nobody is asking you to pay

I'm just surprised the mods haven't removed it already. It's one thing to make an april fool's joke out of good jest but this was a bad joke made out of ill intent and it's effectively flung mud in the dev's face for no good reason, something which they did not deserve or otherwise earn in any way.

You should read the above posts on this page and a few back. There is no update. It's just 3 gigs of what is effectively non playable. There's no executable to start it, no game files, etc. It's someone's poor idea of an april fool's joke.

Even worse, when reported and requested that the previous version be reinstated they rejected the ticket. Hopefully this isn't them setting a new trend that "first of April is a day everyone is free to upload whatever crap they want". There is a reason why most sites relaying on user uploaded content heavily punishes users that does exactly this as it quickly gets way out of control.

It's been proven, time and again, in the Zone that 'test' versions should NEVER replace the stable previous version. Not even for a 4/1 joke. You want to link the joke/test version, fine. Keep the links to the previous version though.

My bad, didn't realize the quality of these forums had dropped so far that I needed to do that. Been a fantastic resource for years where I never once had to do that. Lesson learned I guess.

If we're being honest, some of the mods aren't very good at their job.

For issues like this the best bet is to tag one of the more well known ones in, they usually get it done.
