Do you remember repeating any events twice?
The game freezes and then get the popup that windows trying to find a solution for the error. Just stays frozen and have to exit out. Logs do not show anything.
This sounds like an error on your side then, perhaps a hardware error. I don't believe there's anything I can do unfortunately.

I haven't played the new version but in version 13.1 (the last i played) the waking up event of Pet (not the waking up event of Lin&Pet) increased the Handjob Counter.
If that is not the case anymore, it could be a bug.
i keep getting this error:

Did you use a walkthrough mod in the previous version? That usually breaks saves when going into an unmodded version, so you'd probably have to wait for the WTmod to be updated

Which she has in my 13.1 save, i had finished everything in that version and while it is a handjob/blowjob scene in the morning, it still increased the handjob counter. I just right now tested it in that version (i haven't updated to version 15 yet)
So i can't say if it is intentional or not, but it seem to have been changed between 13.1 and 15.

Felicity and Emma are twins with the right code, otherwise their clones and that is sufficient for the incest tag even though it isn't a focus in the game and most likely will never be.
I had the same issue, but anal came up as an option in freestyle and that unlocked it for me
