I was having the same exact issue. Worked fine for 5 hours, then a crash made it look like your screenshot. But then I fiddled with the register resolution values like someone else mentioned and it fixed it for me. In my case I made sure the Screenmanager Resolution Default Height and Width matched my Screen settings resolution of 4k (3840-2160).
Had that same issue, you are standing at the wrong place.
First days, only the Childworker is available. She rides with car 4. Look at the floor, there are numbers. You must stand at 4 at the station when the train arrives. Then wait maybe 2-3 stops and girl hops in (you hear it, even if it's crowded).
It gets better when you have more girls unlocked, but story wise it would be best to focus on one or two, so you should learn which car they are at.
It seems to me, that the station side (left 1 right 2) is also important. In the morning, Childworker-San is visibly standing at the right side for car 4 (so 2-4). I believe it is important in the evening to stand on the left side (so 1-4). Not quite confirmed, yet.
Also I often encounter Blue Haired School Girl (usually car 2) when I am expecting to meet Basketball Girl (usually car 5), so maybe the numbers are switched around when you are at the wrong side? Not sure about that.
Also also I believe you can end the trip if you run through an open door, even before last station - so if you are on the wrong train, I believe yes you can shorten the struggle. You can also fall down onto the rails if you walk to far at the edge on station - leading to game over. Ask me how I found out -.-

For Skilltree:
I found it usefull to begin far right (what's it called, Hypnotic?) to get the shield, then leveled towards unlocking that skilltree permanently and changed to Stalker for some moving speed, it's annoying without. After that I went on to Watcher, but only had the first skills.
Now in NG+ I also first try to unlock the three other classes and then stay in Groper mode, which I hadn't tryed yet. At first I use just one level per skill to unlock them all, later leveling up what I really need.
What I don't quite get yet: The two skills from Watcher and Hypnotic which can be used in positioning phase.
The hypnotic lowers the SAN, but suddenly groping butt and boobs often calms her instead of leading to further SAN loss WTF?
And the Watcher Skill? -30% what? More groping time? Less groping time? More or less time needed for stripping/pickpocketing?
How tf does the game even decide how much groping time you have???
Lastly: Right now I focus on Basketball girl. I've depleted her SAN multiple times now, until the stressfull music plays. But I can't find the finishing grope point that would lead to cutscene, with no "mechanic" (Tongue, Finger, "Meat Stick"). Do I need to undress her first? Do I need to be in front? Game give me some clues and time enough to MTL read them (Got the game from another side, no BlepInex, just my phone with google translate...)

Groping will increase SAN for locations that are not yet sensitive, but sensitivity will increase over time (and carry to NG+). Sometimes stress music will play but there is only a scene available on one side, the most typical case is that the first scene for each girl can only be played from the front.
-30% is the decrease in molestation circle, I think. The circle on the molestation circle area should be smaller when using the skill. Groping time I sometime see 60sec instead of usual 30. I think it's just the station for each girl not sure though. Other guy have already answer about cutscene question correctly.
Bro just like in IRL the train go back and forth. So left/right side on the platform are reversed. To accurately determine the car number just see where other passengers are facing (Trying to board the train) and get on the car number that you wanna board. Car number won't be reversed if you are facing correct way.
Why you saw Blue Haired School Girl (usually car 2) when you are expecting to meet Basketball Girl (usually car 5) is because car are reversed. Just like below.

how can i use it ? is there any code or actually idk how can it workI made a cheat table, it is working for me. I leave it as is with zero support. I was lazy on the last pointers and just added 3 copies, hopefully one will work. It only includes time and retry attempts(so freeze the retries to an acceptably high number when playing and stop worriying about the lines of sight).
The game mechanic is really fun, ended up playing this for an hour or two.

It only includes time and retry attempts(so freeze the retries to an acceptably high number when playing and stop worriying about the lines of sight).
How to "save" the adress like you do? I can find molester adress, but they changed after i reopen game

My bad. You get pleasure end (row 2, col2) is correct since you didn't do the quest. The one you didn't get is the story ending (row 1, col 2 in gallery). That one require to progress her story.okok, now i'm doing the bad endind since i never unlocked it.
on next run i'll try without lewding her, but i already unlocked the pleasure ending, and i don't rember goin on car 6.
Anyway i'll try it, on car 6 i can go when i want or when i unclock a specic level of lewd ? i mean, first level she's wearing all the cloths, second level we see bra etc and third level exsposed
