In "Script.rpy" at line 118 it is listed as "define mom", but should be "$ mom".
I edited the file for my game and it works fine now.

Phrasing is a bit confusing at the beginning: "I was third in my promotion" and "first of the promotion" are not phrases used in English. "Promotion" is when being lifted from a working position into a higher-paying position at work. It has nothing to do with school or graduation.
If I understand the meaning of what you intend to say, for it to be clear to English Speaking players, I'd suggest rewrite the handful of times "in the promotion" for the MC and the girls and replace it with:
"I was ranked third in my class" and "I was top of my class" for the cousin.
There's also a line that ends with "doesn't her?" It should be "doesn't she?"
Later, several instances of "her" should be "he" or "his"...
RE: size of a bologna... Some western cultures have never seen a legitimate "bologna", so that reference comes off in the US as a thin slice of slimy flavor meat for a sandwich. It was confusing to me. Perhaps choose an alternate reference?

I found it quite good, there were a few jumps in scenery which didn't flow well, one minute in one place and next you know elsewhere. There needs to be something in here I would hazard to say.
There were a number of grammar and gender issues throughout (him and not her etc) but it didn't detract to much and was ok. Definitely like the render for Scarlett,, quite nice and would like to see more of her later
I would suggest that with each character the name is next to the text as there were occasions when another character spoke, there was just a blank there which is just something I think would look better.
Supposed to be a walk through but so far I haven't seen it in use yet so maybe that is a later thing.
Regardless I liked it and think this does show a lot of merit and opportunity to improve heaps.

Thanks for your interest. If you don't patch the game it won't have incest. In this first release there aren't many changes between the patched and unpatched game, except for the background intro. In future updates we plan to do some original things with that.
