Just play it using the TL software, its working pretty well with the game by pressing F1 button to copy dialogue into clipboard.

Down the line you will get to buy a blindfold. That will allow you to force a creampie but that will have consequence.
You also can creampie with her consent after a certain point of the game.
It is strongly recommended to not give her a cream-pie, at all, at least until you've managed to score a trust of 400 or more.
Otherwise, you risk a bad-end game over.
Oh, and the description on "After Pill" is wrong. It's not "might" make you sick, it's WILL make you sick. She gets ill and needs medicine to recover, and even then, no sexy-fun times that night...

Version 1 patch, translated with DeepL. Need to edit the script to make this less garbage, and this has like 30 seconds worth of play testing on it. Please report whatever game-breaking bugs I probably introduced.
Need to edit the script to make it more readable, and once I've done that I'll post an updated patch as well as the hacked-up tools I modified to make this work.

Alright, this is probably my final version here absent something broken, but in a few minutes of play testing this seems to work fine. Fixed some of the worst MTL poetry, and I think there should be mostly-functional word wrap now, so you won't get a constant headache trying to read it.

A good start, but somebody still needs to translate all the stuff that isn't in the main dialogue box (and even some of that is still untranslated), before it'll actually be playable. Still, thanks for getting the ball rolling.

Gotta apply the official translation patch for the UI elements, guess I should've mentioned that.
The official one has the UI elements and such but none of the dialogue, and my patch is just for the dialogue. The one I posted above is missing some lines due to a bug, here's an updated one that so far seems to not be missing any. I'll update again if I come across any dialogue that is still untranslated.

I would facepalm my own post if I could.
In my defense, the OP doesn't really explain about that patch, it just says to read a readme that also doesn't say anything about it. Now that I found it and installed both it and your patch, I've zipped the whole thing back up and am uploading it to Mega so I can report it as an update and hopefully get this thing moved over into the game forum, if that's alright with you?

I found another section in the data files where a bunch of other text is at, currently running that through the MTL, will then post one more update and then I think that'll be good!I would facepalm my own post if I could.

Installation: Install the official partial translation patch, then replace base_data.gpx with the copy in this ZIP file.
Let me know if I missed any important text or any lines of dialogue -- there's a couple tooltips and such that don't look important at all that I know I've missed, but I'm not sure it's worth going on a wild goose chase to find those.
For dialogue and stuff, had to distinguish which strings were dialogue, and which were things like variable names, and hell if I was gonna manually sort through all ~60k+ strings to do that manually, so it's quite possible the low-effort script I made to filter that for me filtered out some lines it shouldn't have -- if you find any, just post the text and I'll try to find and correct that.

That looks like it's just a generic RPG Maker game, so not really much of a challenge to run that through an MTL (unlike this one which required quite a few hours of reverse-engineering to do) -- you'd probably have a lot better luck getting that translated if there was a download link in that request thread, though.
