No. If you're trying to transform only a specific body part, your best bet is to save edit. If you don't want to do that, use the wiki, it has information on all the possible effects from items and what the conditions are to ensure you get those effects.

If I remember correctly you have to use the mother option with the one on Tavros twice before you can continue.
if you're using a save made with 9.011 it will fail for some reason. The editor worked for me with a save from 9.010.

One of the things that made the game unique was that anyone could write for it/can. this meant that certain writers (if they created the character) could make rules on how their character behaves. This has been a thing since CoC 1. But in TiTS you have things like Syri will never have a pussy and certain characters that won't fuck you a certain way, or if you aren't a boy or atleast a twink. Its just the way its always been.
