After 18 hours i finaly beat the game on Normal (dont try higher difficulties on your 1st playthrough, specialy on Hell, you always gonna died on 1st turn), in NG+ u can carry your current lvl, skills items and cards, money, animas, WP, and affection with girls. Unlike Apostle 1, you dont get lost in story missions.
I will made a guide but will need some help with some side missions, i missed missions: #2, 7, 10, 21, 27 and 29 (probably are 30 side missions), missions #13, 15 and 24 gives you special cards.
Here's my current side jobs guide (where they are and how to complete it, see map):
1- Man is in your home's garage: Use your tools at home and repair his car.
2- Old man is in Kamichou area: ???
3- Child is below Mowson Eleven: Child's doll is in Agua Land entrance.
4- Girl is above Eden Paradise area: Cook a Fancy Hamburger for her.
5- Man is next to Chinatown dungeon entrance: Find his mom’s tofu in 2nd dungeon (Chinatown).
6- Man is next to taxi station: Find his recipe in 1st dungeon
7- Man is in Neo-Akiba: ???
8- Woman is inside building on front of taxi station: In your 3rd try, her key is in the subway entrance (use zoom)
9- Man is in Neo-Akiba: Call Miyabi.
10- Men are in Neo-Akiba: ???
11- Continuation of #8: Do a perfect score 3 times on Hard mode to unlock this quest, just win.
12- Girl is in Mankibi area: Cook for her a salmon onigiri.
13- People are in Street court: Just win.
14- Woman is in Orion: Her white cat, Elizabeth, walks near the areas around Orion.
15- Man is near Aqua Land entrance (Neo-Eden southwest): The card is where was the “hostage" in a main mission before.
16- Woman is near Mowson Eleven: Call Fuyune.
17- Woman is in Chinatown market (southeast): Call Ai Lin, them made a Soup Fried Rice for her.
18- Kid is in Japantown center area: He hides 3 times: 1st in temple's main gate, 2nd in Japantown center area (below the area when you have a meal with Izabelle), 3rd is in the right side of the casino
19- Man is fishing in Harbor: Capture a fish (+50cm) to win.
20- Man is in guitar shop area: Deliver the food in 3 locations: 1st next area when you get this mission, 2nd outside the bar area and 3rd in Izakaya restaurant area.
21- ???
22- Continuation of mission #1.
23- Woman is in Chinatown park area: Find her medicine in 4th dungeon (Japantown?, cant remember very well)
24- Man is in Japantown's casino: You find his cards: 1st in Eden Paradise Japantown, 2nd near Eden Church, 3rd at central area of Japantown
25- Woman is next to subway entrance: Call Amelia.
26- Woman is next to Canan hospital entrance: Call Chloe.
27- ???
28- Man is in Aphesis 3F: His picture is in Aphesis executive room (its the gym on 1F)
29- Sister is in Eden Church (Japantown): ???
30- ???
To unlock sex scenes with guest characters (Karryn, Hilda, Monica, etc), you have to visit Eden Paradise's stores, it's expensive (+10k gold).
- Neo-Eden (Eden Paradise area): See map (Claire, Silvia, Momo).
- Neo-Eden (Eden Paradise area): Northwest part of the area (Monica, Chizuru).
- Neo-Eden (Neo-Akiba area): Southeast part of the area (Monica, Rena, Faery).
- Chinatown: Alley next to Ai Lin's home, above (Hilda, Aria, Miruku).
- Japantown: West side (Rashar, Iris, Karryn).
- Bathroom above Eden paradise in Neo-Eden (Monica, Chizuru).
In the case of cards maybe, they're a lot.
This "map" of Neo-Eden will help you (don't ask me for other cities, they're shorter).

In my opinion, Kamichichi focused on the action cut-scenes (animation cost money) and the script, that was good but to achieve that they sacrified sex content (there are less female characters and events) and the Harem Ending... is a "meh".
* Remy will be always in my heart, but Mirei is not far behind.

On a side note, Mikan is also a descendant of Nana, if it wasn't plain and obvious by her looks and profession, so the harem ending of the first game is basically canon.

Mission 29 is glitched for me. I have all the ingredients and talking to the sister makes her say "She is counting on me." It doesn't progress.
try to buy 10 of all ingridient maybe is a fail of translation when i conplete the misiion i didn se what i need but because i have 10 of all rice pork oil ect buy ten of all and talk with the nun save before. the patch 1.05 broke the game so have more bugs
mirei is in the area 55 in backalley is near in the right of the building whre the mc lives all the side characters are in the same zone, the mission 30 appears when you conplete 29 missions and appears for message when enter in your hause and and 21 is in japantown you nedd to face the kunoichi quiz for second time is in near the casino and 27 the kunoichi open a dojo is the quest is mesagge when you enter is youre hause appears and you need to get the quizz for 3 time the dojo is in the temple of japan town behind the main building the temple on the left in mission 2 the old man is the arcade in neo akiba but you need to talk first with the police in one in the district edem paradise , the misiion 10 you nedd loving bonds is an item and for the misiion 7 you need fighting spirit pils if you zoom for the map you can find ,for the 29 you need to give alot of ingredients for bbq you need isntan rice x 10 srimp x5 sausage x10 and x 5 beff if yoou cant complete buy all ingrdients of the game x 10 and talk to the nun again. and the harem fantasy store is the zone of the arcade in neo akiba you go to right and in the corner is the store. the game has bugs with the new pach 1.05 you cant enter in the stores of collab the game freezes and you cant see miyabi first scene

I figured it out. apparently the translation missed out on saying you needed 5x beef. Once I bought it, I got it.
