For those that want to pay it, your first crew member should be either the tank or AoE mage, imo. Also, maybe restart if the 1st battle doesn't drop anything.

The cleric helps in the cave battles, but you needa do fill half the bar for departures to unlock that.

There are also some quests in the bar, that resets daily. They'll help net you wood, until you can farm caves.
-- To unlock the ship upgrade. Should try and get the 1st one ASAP, since it's more actions and crew members.

You can level up & equip your crew using the 1st button on the bottom. The third on is your warehouse; mainly used for the foodstuff to restore fatigue (hp). Not going to be useful until around 3rd island, where you'll be able to buy 5-ish items [10x3 + 20x2=50%] every 3-ish days.

Edit: If possible, you want two or more sets of crew members [mainly frontline/tanks], as the restoratives heals everyone, thus you can swap them between battles for extra fights.

The game is kinda bugged, in that the expulsion/training can be grayed after the 'characters' are done. You can reset it by closing the game.

Edit2: Added my full-ish save. Windows, so drop it in the roaming>locallow.

oh yeah, i left it like that in my folder so i know which games was unity and what wasnt, sorry about that lol
Don't be, I actually really think it's useful : that way you can automate the download, and auto-send the game in the right folder. Especially as a linux user, I can auto-link to the right wine bottle to test.

Surprised nobody seemed to really mentioned the lack of the animated tag on this thread when the game has sex animations.

How is MTL?
The translation is enabled by so it's likely good ol' Google Translate (the default endpoint), but you can can swap a by editing the config file.
Not great but serviceable the most annoying thing about it is that the box for stats is a fixed size and the english translation is obviously longer than they are intended for so some stats are undecipherable as they are cut off which makes sizing up which party member to recruit a pain in the ass.
You can edit the translation for any game which uses the XUnity.AutoTranslator plugin by going to [Game Folder]\AutoTranslator\Translation\en\Text\_AutoGeneratedTranslations.txt. Any text which gets truncated by a text box in Unity will be there in it's full glory along with the Japanese it was translated from. You can copy the Japanese into Deepl or something for translations which don't make any sense, or just replace things like "Physical Strength" with "HP" to get a word which fits. Save, close it, relaunch the game.

MTL awkwardness aside, any tips for combat?

No clue how those "hot cacao" items are used, if there is any way to heal up beside resting the day or if you can at least time the usage of combat skills manually.
Damn bag icon in combat seems to do nothing, and with resting after every attack even the first enemy island starts to out-level my troops damn quick.

I guess this was already answered but to those that don't know this game's MTL is very google translate with a bunch of nonsensical words thrown around and you need to be online as it translates in real time so you need to be online and wait 1-2 secs every time to translate the text, but you can kinda get the gist of the story.
Now the NTR, it's Netori only, the main dude goes fuckin everyone. For example the first girl is in love with a dude and you beat the shit of the dude and rape his woman right on his face, like you even tell your mates to hold his face so he's forced to watch his woman getting fucked by you.

The hot cocoa heals 10% of HP, you have to actually use it thought by clicking on the warehouse, I believe it's the third option on the lower part of the screen. And you need to level up your units manually as well by clicking on the first option, the status screen and updating their equipment in case you haven't done that yet.
Oh the bag icon on battles does nothing it's just to show the loot you pick in battle.
