Not really, at least not last time I played. It just lets you play some very few extra scenes and buy some clothes you couldn't without it.
I'm curious about the mods mentioned. That seems like you also need to be a patreon to get.

I like the concept of the game. But it has been going on for almost 5 years and still there is no sign of completion. On top of that there are so many features that needs a code to unlock and finally there is no walkthrough or guide in the game which will help you determine the events. It's very time consuming and frustrating.

there are like 2 languages call english , you should try the other one

I think I've been able to crack the Patreon code block. Download and extract in the game's main folder (the one containing the executable file). Note: I've not extensively tested this: I only know I've been able to purchase patreon only clothes.

From a recent update, they seem to be building a route where MC takes advantage from a weakened relationship between Hinata, her family and Naruto.

I hope so but man is that gonna be forever until they build that up to rival the other route in content. Hinata has like 120 cgs according to the gallery, almost twice as much as the next highest cg count girl. And most of it seems to be MC actually building up her relationship with the other guy.

A truly perplexing direction choice for a route in this type of game if you ask me, let alone the first route. I honestly thought I had stumbled upon an easter egg when I talked to her transformed until I realized that was her entire gimmick.
