Well there is one game but not sure if it has pregnancy yet but it's planned not just big belly but givin birth as well it's not yuri it's more skyrim meets anchient egypt alternitive world of all races humans.furry,the gods of egypt/jackle,sprinx and more as a 3d if not better graphics Carnal Instinct.

This game is way too complicated for its own good, so many design choices are either questionable or very poorly thought out.
For example, why are the interactable objects so small and hidden? It would be one thing if they were only viewed while hovering and showing an outline like other games, but they aren't. The interactable area is just a small spot that is hard to find.
The village layout is too cluttered and hard to navigate with everything smushed together resembling an overcrowded major city's slum which requires a native guide to navigate without getting robbed and gangraped in an alley.

Right now I need to advance the story and the world to make the game content acceptable. I have other concerns so I can't work on my game regularly, but I hope to post a new version soon.
Otherwise, for having the mc get pregnant, I can't give an approximation. That said, it would be possible to make a wish (for the first one who finds the secret code) and ask for the mc to be pregnant. Of course in this case it won't be canon.

Not dead. I wish I had posted a new version sooner. But for now I just have to finish some dialogue and I'll post soon the new release. There will be more content with the mom and the sister mostly (and 2 small futa scenes too). But then for the second next release, I'll be more focused on the progress of the background story and the world (I have already some new zones, monstergirls, and characters in reserve).
What takes me the most time is organizing the structure of the game rather than making the scenes. But don't forget that you can go to my pixiv page if you want more content (of a more extreme type). I even posted a new game there, but much less ambitious, which is just to feature some stories.

Play the game, for urination and scat it's really soft for the moment. You can peep for some scenes at the toilet with the mom and sister. And for the scat, it's in the new version and you have to choose a very dirty panties for a quest, you will then have access to the scene if you're curious enough.
