And yet, despite all the exploration of kinks that some people don't get into, he put a lot of effort into watersports, and I recall no fisting option. Though in fairness, I can't recall seeing that onr in any game I have downloaded here.

Yeah it's when you're by the pool for your personal "party", if I recall properly. Not sure if it's required that you let her muck out your barn in previous encounters, but for posterity I did do that even though it's not my jam because I wanted to see if the Polly arc was going anywhere.
To be honest, in spite of the title, comparing the kinks covered in the game to pretty much any porn site's list of fetishes, the vast majority of them never show up in the game, or barely do so; of course it would clearly be really hard to cover in any game a list of tags that is normally of 50-100 size, but this still leaves the expectations created by the title for many of us rather unfulfilled, especially considering how hard it is already to find any game covering any but the absolute most common few fetishes...

When the game started there was a list of 126 fetishes to include.
Later, 3 more were added for a total of 129 fetishes in the list.
I think there are 4 that haven't been included (and don't currently plan to include in the endings) from that list... so about 125 included.
What paths you choose to play will determine which fetishes you experience.
So, if you're looking for something specific and not finding it... keep looking...

I have serious doubts concerning the veracity of that claim, regardless of who makes it and wherever that alleged list may reside (and the public Patreon description lists NINE fetishes), considering that here on F95 the game is tagged with a grand total of 35 tags, some of which include "3dcg", "animated", "male protagonist", "romance", "blackmail, "school setting" and some "extreme fetishes" such as "handjob", "vaginal sex", "masturbation" and "oral sex"; much the same goes for the 33 "genre" labels. This tracks well with my experience both playing the game and not hearing anything at all here on F95 about a long, long list of other common fetishes.
At any rate, even if there were over a hundred actual, distinct fetishes included, doing the math on number of total sex scenes per number of allegedly addressed fetishes it becomes very clear the ratio would have a hard time even reaching unity, let alone significantly going beyond it - and this is assuming a uniform weight of kinks, which is well known not to be the case, heavily in favor of some specific ones such as urination.
So no, I'm not buying the "you're playing it wrong" argument.
