How is the dialogue this time around? I don't remember the specifics as it was long ago but I remember the English not being very strong, and this actually dissuaded me from continuing with the dev's other games. Has that front improved over the years to be worth another shot? Unless I'm blind I don't see any text in the examples.

You can put the NTR into an optional method, but there are ways to patch to remove NTR in the game why is there so much hate when it easily avoidable?

He can also add optional SCAT, HANDHOLDING, HEADPATTING, ETC...

I like Incest and I like NTR-Sharing, but incest comes first (and to be honest, I don't like NTR in incest games, being cheated on by someone in the family, it gets a little annoying)
