Well i have Debit Card/ MasterCard but SS still decline my sub. i dont know where is problem.

Hmm that is odd, did you have a sub before that got cancelled or didn't have enough on it? I had that happen once and took forever to be able to use the card again.
Or their might be a location issue, really not sure then, unless it's a bank issue.

If Sidewinder continues to make the mod, I will not change the original game. The only difference will be that I can share the mod on Subscribestar. If Sidewinder doesn't mind, of course.

Some sites decline due to gambling restrictions on you card, even though those sites have nothing to do with gambling.
Patreon should stay out of creators content. I mean i think as long as every body is consenting adults. Who is it hurting? It ain't like it's rape or pedo stuff.
