just because they were supposed to be step-daughters(not patched) instead of daughters(patched), doesn't refute the hilarious irony in the stupidity of the particular comments i pointed out
Huh? It completely refutes it. The dev wrote the 3 already in the house as not his biological daughters, making his discomfort at perving on Barbara who might be his biological daughter completely normal because it is the first time he is experiencing these taboo thoughts if playing w/o the patch. Not sure why you don't seem to understand that.

All of them are still family members, so the irony i pointed out still stands unrefuted.
Just because one out of the four may be blood, doesnt make the others not family. My point is still valid.

The graphics/renders/pictures are very detailed and are very well done, I wonder if others choose lower-end graphics or simply do it to make the overall size smaller? Wish I knew more about pithon and the rest so I could judge

Graphics are usually an artistic choice by the developer. But since you're already mixing up your knowledge, I'll give you a short and quick crash course. :)

"Python" Is a coding languish that is used in "RenPy"
"RenPy" is the game engine that most AVN developers use to make their stories/games in.

When it comes to graphics, you have different programs that developers use to make their models, scenes and animations in. Think of them as basically just lewd character creators that you can play around in.
The most common once are "DaZ", "VaM"(Virt-A-Mate) and "HS1" & "HS2"(Honey Select 1&2).

It's pretty easy to learn to tell the difference, as they all are pretty distinct.
This game for instance use "DaZ".
Same as for other games that have a more realistic look. :)

It is confounding to us male players, since making the size of anything smaller is a shockingly counterintuitive choice. :ROFLMAO:

Seriously though, a lot probably has to do with (a) when & where a dev started learning to render and (b) how technically adept they are/were when they started. Availability of software and advanced hardware setups are probably both somewhat regionally influenced in general, although if a fledgeling dev is well off financially it probably matters less. If they do have equally easy access to all different rendering options, how difficult they are to learn/operate effectively is likely another major factor. If they are rich with powerful hardware from the start and have a lot of technical experience, then maybe it comes down to stylistic choice, but I doubt very many new devs have the hardware & know-how to be making aesthetic choices when they are getting started.

Related question for all posters: are there many well-known/productive devs who have changed from one renderer to another once getting established? I can't think of any off the top of my head, but I don't think I've played multiple games by the same dev more than a handful of times.

So this isn't AI, all this is rendered by a person, picture by picture? Must take ages. I'm amazed that someone actually is able to do this, wouldn't even know where to start. I thought it's all done through AI prompts or something, even then, must take a shit ton of time.

It does take a lot of time & CPU/GPU. Some games do use AI-generated graphics, but usually those are tagged accordingly and (at least in 2025) pretty visually obvious. And those (at least in the first wave) tend to be short, crappy games that are devoid of the kind of love and care good devs put into their games.

I guess if you can just use AI it is easier and faster to make a game you can throw up and hope to make a little $ off of. Not to say there aren't some hidden gems in the pile of AI games, but none that I have seen are any good yet. There are 'prettier' LI's than most games (because AI takes into account what humans consider attractive), but in my experience so far they are mostly garbage stories thrown together to make a quick buck and not about making something with care and pride through hard work. My opinions only, of course.

To me, it's a shame this game has been "Abandoned" because it is one of my favorites. I will archive my folder/game in the hopes that it, at some point, is revived. I hope the Dev is healthy and otherwise happy.
Many of them enter the game with a good idea, but without a complete script
So no one knows how the game will end and when...
because the script is written while programming...
Furthermore, many developers overcomplicate things, introduce too many characters and then the game "dies" because they are unable to untangle the mess on their own
(a famous example is Limitless)
