I think this one might be a boredom game. FET is having "writer's block" issues according to its thread, and Mity started work on this one in the meantime waiting for the rest of the FET team to fix their shit. FET is nearing its endgame so a new game makes some amount of sense, especially if other members of the FET dev team aren't cooperating. At least it's not an Incase situation... yet.

That would actually be pretty neat, but the Four Elements Trainer was more or less a unique concept to begin with. So getting someone to copy that idea will probably take a while, but with Isekai's being so damn popular right now, it's just a matter of time. Also, we have a ton of good comic stuff here, if you haven't noticed them.
For DC there's Girls In The Big City, and then there's the infamous Something Unlimited. I'm pretty sure we've got Marvel stuff floating around here too, but if any of those games were any good, I would remember them, or still have them installed.
That's not new. Ever since the show first came out, Teen Titans was fetished. Personally, I've always had a thing for Raven. Ben10 was pretty much along the same avenue, although sexualizing that show has always been a more controversial topic, for obvious reasons.

fame? What happened with them? I haven't really followed them in a long time, but based on what I remember of their personal updates through their comic pages, it sounded like they had a severe medical problem involving their brain or something. Is there more than that going on?

Probably because of Skuddbutt and his 3D models popularizing them. SFM animators made popular animations of Skudd's Gwen, Starfire and Raven models, then 2D artists noticed and started to draw porn of them as well.
I'd say Damian would translate well to a porn game. He basically has the personality of the average douchey porn game protagonist.
