No. Her official designation is Charlie #2 or Clone Charlie. Tiff's just gonna call her Charlie. She has most of OG Charlie's memories and some that Grant implanted in her. Her personality is a little different too. Unlike OG Charlie who was a follower Charlie #2 is a leader. She also has Grant's genius intellect because of some of his DNA in her. There's gonna be a few more differences.Doc are you going to have 23 sister's Charlie clone go with the whole F95 Friend joke in the game?
