I've made a rough translation that works for all the buttons and UI.
All of this was translated based off DeepL and guessing, so it may be off.

To install replace pre existing AutoTranslater folder in game with the one I've attached.
Then you run the (Patch and Run) shortcut.

If you're having trouble with the (Patch and Run) shortcut, delete it, and run SetupReiPatcherAndAutoTranslator.exe
It should fix issues and create a new shortcut

I downloaded everything but its normal to the dialogues dont change to english?, I can read the menu and the skills but all the dialogues are in japanese, but the "names" (player) is in english

I belive there are rules about Loli content. Rules that i don't entirely understand myself since some games are allowed some not even though there is no much of difference.

i got to max affection and sexuality, and still the sister sometimes gets angry when i try to do something with her. so not only do you have to max everything, which means you'll have to keep replaying the same 3 scenes for days, you also have to be lucky that she doesn't just randomly decide she doesn't like you at that particular moment. this just makes it feel like there's no constant progress, it's just all over the place

Sadly all my efforts has gone in vain as I could not manage to compile the whole game back after translating the dialogues and the screens. You can use the MTL though.
