Those two are the two threesome scenes. The first one you get by getting the max love route with the white hair and getting the max level on the zombie minigame before finishing with the brown haired girl, I think. The second one you get by getting the max submission with both the white hair and violet haired girls.

Edit:

Trapmine always does that with unknown EXE's

ML means "machine learning" which indicates some AI is "inferring" that the aforementioned software COULD be a virus. Trapmine says "low.ml.score" which probably means that this chance is low. Adding together "trustable software" + "unknown anti-virus software" + "AI inferring with low chance" equals to "false positive".

TL;DR: Just run it and let windows defender handle it.

That is only one ending. There is an early ending in the prequel where the MC pays the girl's debts and she leaves without doing anything with him. Seems like this game follows that ending and the girl never forgot him.
