What I don't understand is why people think that the update is going to come quickly. Each chapter the amount of story lines tends to increase with more characters being added. With each new chapter the amount of content has grown more and more. These things take time. How would you feel if to speed things up not all story lines progressed and your favorite one didn't make the cut for this update. Then you would end up with the same wait anyway.

The biggest problem is the chapters are so good that most people burn through them in the first 2 days then have to wait again. This level of quality takes time.

If any of the high tier patrons is drawing a blank for submitting a new What If this month: What If Sterling's character during the D&D campaign didn't lose his Paladin powers but instead increased others. The final battle would be Ophelia's and Lucia's character fending off the Minotaur while Sterling fucks both Catherin and Brenna to doubleteam both take down the monster.

Anyone know how to progress towards this? I tried skipping time to the afternoons and even moving from place to place.
I can't seem to get it

There is no grind in the game. Except if you refer to going through story parts you don't find interesting (to advance to the next chapter) as grinding.
The first chapter had a grind, you had to repeat the chat events for each person multiple times

For all those question speculating when Chapter 10 is out, you can refer to this calculation.

(With a little help from WWG, Patreon and timeanddate.com)

"I downloaded Daz in late June so a bit over two months to learn everything and get the .1 out" - WWG
So the v0.1 time is an estimate.

v0.1 released at 05/09/2019 (2mo 10d - 2mo 25d)
v0.2 released at 23/10/2019 (1mo 18d)
v0.3 released at 02/01/2020 (2mo 10d)
v0.4 released at 01/03/2020 (1mo 28d)
v0.5 released at 21/05/2020 (2mo 20d)
v0.6 released at 14/08/2020 (2mo 24d)
v0.7 released at 28/12/2020 (4mo 14d)
v0.8 released at 11/05/2021 (4mo 13d)
v0.9 released at 31/10/2021 (5mo 20d)

v0.10 data and speculation:
• 1st status was that v0.10 was at 35% at 02/01/2022 (64 days or 2mo 3d after previous release).
Continuing at current speed, release-date is projected as 1/5/2022.
• 2nd status was that v0.10 was at 53% at 11/02/2022 (103 days or 3mo 11d after previous release).
Continuing at current speed, release-date is projected as 13/5/2022.
• 3rd status is that v0.10 was at 71% at 21/03/2022 (141 days or 4mo 21d after previous release).
Continuing at current speed, release-date is projected as 18/5/2022.
• 4th status is that v0.10 was at 85% at 22/04/2022 (175 days or 5mo 24d after previous release).
Continuing at current speed, release-date is projected as 24/5/2022.
• 5th status is that v0.10 was at 9X% at 01/06/2022 (213 days or 7mo 1d after previous release) or in other words:
"As of now, Patreon has my revised build of Power Vacuum and will get back to me when they're finished reviewing it.
Now, what that means for the update. The revision took a fair amount of time to complete (I honestly can't believe how much dialogue is in this game), so I still have work to finish for Chapter 10. As for a release date, if I don't get a response by June 11th, I'll figure out a way to get the update into your hands. "
