I'm going to give it a try too. I want to create games but I'm not an artist so this kind of softwares are realy welcomed.
good point : There are already many DLCs witch add so many content
bad point : I don't see anything about sex... maybe elsewhere? I only looked at stream.

edit: my bad, there is 18+ content with sex elements

Looks like someone ripping off other games and this game is highly illegal. I'm not sure what this product is for, but if it allows people to make games, then those games can get into copyright problems.
I see several clothes ripped from final fantasy etc. Maybe it just daz3d store assets. I think you can use models for 3D games with an additional license.
Anyway, looks super sketchy. And very unnecessary.
