This is pure speculation, but I think it depends on how much the creator cares about their IP as well as how loyal the patrons are. From what I can tell 3Dzen and their patrons are active on this thread and probably report new links as they are posted, so they quickly get taken down. I think it's realted that 3DZen sells their work off the Affected 3d store so they have to actively watch unsanctioned file sharing. Some creators who no longer sell their new work on Affected are more lenient on file sharing. A good example would be Squarepeg3D. They used to sell their stuff on Affected, but from what i can tell, none of their newer stuff is there, so i think they left. They are active on their own f95 content thread and are aware that their stuff is posted but they still let it slide. Like a Patreon mentioned in an earlier post, if you want any of the newer stuff, you would have to ask 3Dzen if they would be willing, become a Patreon yourself and make a torrent, hope and wait, or find somewhere else.
