Yes, that's the end of this version. I tried all choises because i saw a pic of shower scene on his patreon but sadly that scene isn't included in this version.

It would be _very nice_ idea for the developer to include some king of text about reaching the end of the current version...

According to the Patreon, 0.0.2 should be out in a couple days, and will extend to bedtime. How much content that will actually be is difficult to guess, but I can't imagine it's too much just going off of this first version.
