Lol I'm just saying that you need 2 bars on the pregnancy test to say you are pregnant. 1 bar means you are not, so it's kind of a fail of the dev.

the image you posted is from the ending where MC specifically says she did NOT get pregnant, so its more of a fail of ur reading skills i think

If you see error 0xc000007b, it specifically addresses missing or corrupted runtimes.
Try to reinstall them (and I mean all of them: both x64 and x86) using the latest versions downloaded from here:
