I disagree, I've seen someone share badly compressed videos, and the same low quality junk ends up getting circulated around.

Yeah I see your point especially at like 240p or something lol, Ideally the lowest would hopefully be around 720 but not entirely sure how drastically compressed files effect how it looks.

Haha, I won’t make myself uncomfortable watching it, so I usually compress it to 1080p, and my favorite videos are 1440p.
The bit rate should be kept at least around 10,000. If the video feels fragmented, I will increase it to 15,000.
