90SS was the early access Patreon title, COS was the final / official release made specifically for Dlsite.
A patron only copy was eventually released, but it's the same game with the exception of the working uncensor code.

By Energy I presume you mean stamina?.
And you might be surprised to learn it's in the same place as every cheat this game has.
Which surprise surprise is also inside the spoler under "Cheats:".
However if you actually mean Energy you can't cheat it just eat and sleep.

Stop playing 90SS, and go play the completed version found here.
If you MUST play this outdated version, use the cheat code, "dumbuncen"
In the menu F10 there's a place to write that says up ahead code, imput there dumbcasual and u won't expend nor ur stamina or ur slaves

is there a mod or a way to talk to your slaves more than once a day? seems ridiculous I can only flatter or cheer once a day

Don't think that's viable, potions would be the best alternative - you can add potions with cheats, considering the potions are a pain in the ass to make in mass. Also, please look at the post above, COS is the game you should be playing.
