Edit: Enjoy this so far! There is appearance of monster near the end of the current version and it is repeatedly implied that our mc isn't simply a man with a tragic background and a great brain for IT. The model is not really my best interest, but it's nice, and the story got me concerned, as I never felt anything close to this.

Still, this got me related.

I somehow start to be full of these "slow burn" games. Maybe I'll have to wait for the first 10 updates to play this. There is no point in these games at first. Too often these are built on the excuse of not being able to have sex scenes.

Thematically this seems all over the place.
So, it starts out with heavy stuff like death and depression and that's OK, because it's a slow burn visual novel first and the dev seems to be ambitious about his plot. But don't worry guys, it's also a harem game, because people apparently don't like consequences in their porn games.
The question then is, if the slow burn actually serves the plot, or if it's just supposed to stretch the porn content across multiple months.

The implication of the story I took from the way the overview was phrased and the tags included was that choosing anyone, let alone everyone was going to have story consequences.

A terrible choice I can't comprehend. New friends who will stop at nothing to get me to make the choice. A harem of sorts. Religion and monster tags. Sounds like evil people are willing to use whatever they can (including sex) to drag me into the darkness. Not a happy go lucky fuck everyone with no consequences kinda harem. Theme seems dark across the board to me.

But who knows. I haven't played it yet. Maybe you're right.
