I'm using Translator++ because, listen - i am not that advanced programmer dude like everybody else, also this Ruby stuff does nothing for me, i am too dumb to use that. I gonna look at RVPacker now, if this doesn't work i just give up translating 100% and just translate everything that is possible with Translator++

Just wish someone would program a ALL-IN-ONE Tool for translating RPGMaker Games. A Tool that really extract everything of the game you need to translate :/ Seems Translator++ can't encrypt everything -.-

I know. I been meaning to write a good paragraph on how to do this but have never gotten around to it :ROFLMAO:

How can I translate incest story-1 speech bubbles?
That depends on how they were coded. if it is RPGM MV they probably use a plugin to manage the thought bubbles. Older versions probably use a script or a inline script to do it. you will need to find the script for the thought / speech bubble and translate the text for it. This is probably not going to be possible with tools like Translator ++ if that is what you are using. You will need to use the engine or Notepad to find the scripts managing the thought bubbles and translate it there.

In the İcstory games, this situation is translated as map but transtor ++ does not recognize speech clouds

hi. I'm trying to translate a rpg maker vxace game but I cant find most of the text.
T++ shows all text has been translated and I personally cant find anything untranslated in the project editor. Strangely though my common events tab is blank in both my translation and the original game folder.
I think this is the cause of my problem but I don't know how to fix this.

It is possible the game did not use common events. most do some don't. I would first check the untranslated game using the game engine to see if it exists. if it doesn't in a untouched japanese version the game devs didn't use common events.

The text is storred in the bbtext.rvdata2 which is the most voluptuous files in the DATA folders i tried to figure out how to edit that file the whole afternoon but didn't find anything

you're right about the bbtext.rvdata2 being what I'm looking for. Since T++ had picked it up I wrote it off as not the source of the missing text but notepad shows 6k lines of untranslated dialog which I don't think T++ will ever pick up :(

Correct. T++ is incapable of reading several file types because it was never programmed to do so. bbtext.rvdata2 is a pretty rare file in RPGM so it was never added to the tool. This is why using multiple tools is a good idea just in case you can't access the file with one you can with another.

T++ didn't work but i did manage to get textractor to link to the game so ive got my machine translation working now :) thanks guys

do u have any idea what i should not translate? cuz im kinda dumb to all this translation thing xD
So first if you're translating smth i recommend you using the editors of the engine it's longer but you'll get a better translation if you do it yourself and then if you use T++ be careful when translating map files and common event

More information would be helpful. The game, and a full screenshot with what menu this is in. Did you check the plugins or only the main js files?

It's rare for text to be outside CommonEvents, but especially if it's a map specific menu, if it's tied to enemies, items, or states, it could be in one of those JSON files.
