One such dev explained this once. Basically it's so the consumer can peruse the titles in a store quickly and get the gist of what the content is. Instead of us seeing a movie title and box art, then checking what it's about, the hentai customer can check the back to see if their kinks are catered to, or move on to the next promising title. It's weird but more efficient.

The name length alone threw me off to even check what is this game about despite having "more efficient" title.. this reminds me how much I despise RPGM and Japanese porn games.

90% of the game is in the images on description page, do not play this. also shite system, gotta waste time walking alot in a time loop two do two other extremly short scenarios.

Pregnancy: There's a pregnant woman on the first H-Scene, there's tentacle monster 'impregnation' and birth in
If 2 Ending. Besides that everything else is text-only saying 'FMC' got pregnant.
