Right, at that moment it depends on which route you are and the points you gathered.
What choices do you get after the talking of Nat and Ethan regarding the subject porn actress?
If on Nat reluctant cuck route you get the 2 choices after Nat and Ethan have sex and record it:
"Make Ethan regret" which leads to qos or "Make Ethan delete everything" which after that choice leads to the end of current game state.
If on cuck route (Ethan reluctant cuck) you don't engage in bed and just choose "Go to sleep" instead of recording ("Let Ethan continue"). This will lead also to qos.
Else you will get the Riya dream part if Nat met Carl.

If someone is leaking it, than it is because one of the patreon himself doesn't even care about being respectful and shows engagement on a pirate site..
U complaining of pirates on a pirate site? That’s what pirates do. Leak games for other pirates who in turn leak their games so all can play. Otherwise it doesn’t work. Have you ever considered the games you have downloaded for free here without a care for the Dev? There is no honor amongst thieves. I have no qualms leaking games when they release, the only thing that stops me are the PINOs here. (Pirate in name only)
