From my understanding, those names are hardcoded in. It would be a relatively easy feature to add in as the dev, but as a mod it would need to be updated every release.
Changed Nat to "Natalia" using Universal Ren'py Mod.

got it.... That said I would like to see a path moving that keeps MC in the sex game. For me... him being a major cluck is getting old. I do like to see Nat with others beside Darrell as well. Not leave Darrel in the dust, Just spread the lust so to speak !

I wouldn't mind seeing Jenna and Ethan DPing Nat Then Ethan and Nat DPing Jenna while making her husband watch. We haven't really got a chance to see him get humiliated much. Let him show Ethan how a true cuck should act.
