Also making ramsay or not fired doesnt really matter. If he get arrested then olivia take you to speak with you privately. If you dont expose him , Ramsay is made Principal. Then he tried to grope Jodie, you need to stop him. Ambulance come here to get Ramsay. Olivia take you saying that with that he cant work as principal and again she take you privately. this is a bit tough I dont remember in which chapter it is. you have to help and agree with Megan to exposed Sebatian. Then if you see Megan outside the changing room she will ask you to grab the phone from Sebastian.
It took an entire year to make that? 
Someone needs to make a full walkthrough cause no matter what i do I cant seem to get the other routes that are not olivia like bridgette maddison etc cant seem to get those paths at all

On the negative side, despite the technical issues and personal circumstances, I'm disappointed chapter 16 still isn't completed after more than a year. I'm really sceptical if we get Chapter 16: part 3 in November. If we do, I think all the bonus scenes will still not be implemented yet. For part 1 it took months to add all the bonus scenes to the story. I hope we get some more realistic time estimates this time.
On the positive side I'm hyped for the new routes. I think the bonus scenes for part 3 will involve Valentine, Olivia, Megan and Bridgette. Maddison will probably be saved for a future chapter. Maybe we'll even get a scene with Bridgette, Didi and Jodie as thanks for saving the Academy.

For Maddison, She needs to have been involved earlier and you need to have hacked the Governor's laptop, or Valentine needed to have returned to the Academy after you gave her the video.

i feel you. i thought he would release the entire ch 16. i wouldn't be surprised if he doesn't put the bonus scenes yet
i helped her to find her panties in chapter 14. In chapter 16 i couldnt help her to expose him since i couldnt found her, can you share your archiviement page for megan route in chapter 14, 15 16?

I also, have trouble triggering Megan in chapter 16 (getting her to show up at the locker rooms).
Even on old saves that used to work, maybe there is some technical problem?
It should unlock the Bridgette route when she kisses you after the meeting. Her score needs to be over 2 for her to kiss you.
