There was just an update in June, and the dev already said way back then the next update would not arrive till September or October...plus the update is in testing now.
NTR players will get a bit in this update. Outside of that there's going to be some teasing in regards to other girl on girl combinations on the loyalty route. But no mother/daughter threesome yet.
We really want to avoid what 99% of h-game have done with this stage of assembling a harem. Once the MC has fucked the main cast, we don't want to rush into the girls being chill with the MC fucking everything that moves 30seconds after finding out the MC isn't fucking just them.

You will see some foreshadowing, and teasing in this update of what we've got planned in the future regarding the girls getting together. But the they need some more time before they're open to threesomes or lesbian antics. In the mean time, there's going to be a lot of sneaking around, close calls, and various sexy mischief.
While there's some Mandy/Lauren content in this update, the big focus has always been on finally nailing Jacky's sexy MILF ass.
It's been a long time coming, and Will has put in some great work into the big moment. The animations are impressively... jiggly.
