Official Release of AFV 0.09_V1-Beta

We're excited to announce the release of our latest installment of A Family Venture! We've put a lot of time and effort into this update, and we've received some really positive reviews from our Alpha test group, with many players saying it's the best content we've put out yet. I'm really excited for our supporters to check it out.
The beta build is our main release for all of our supporters in the "Friend" or higher tiers. As announced after our previous update release, All future content will only be able to be played in the supporter version since we will no longer be releasing a public version of the game. Our plan is to turn our 0.08 version of the game a demo, after which if you want to see newer content you will have to become a supporter. I know this won't be a very popular decision, but we're really trying to focus on getting AFV to a point where it's making enough money that I can become a full time game developer, as opposed to only being able to work on the game in my free time away from work and family.
If you love the game, please consider supporting at our "Friend" tier or higher for at least a month to get our latest build. I hope you all enjoy the update!

People will hate me for saying this, but one of the main reasons why the dev still isn't able to work on this full time is because of the NTR stuff. I personally don't care, but there are a lot of people that never even gave this a chance because they saw that tag. It's sad because it's not even a big part of the game and it's very easily avoidable, but I think that is hurting the game's growth.

hmm sadly you are right, i recently excluded ntr from my latest updates page, and the real sad thing is that its not because theres optional ntr in the game but that both vanilla and ntr fans aren't very considerate about each other ntr fans keep spoiling (not putting ntr scenes inside spoilers, openly talking about how slutty the li of that particular game are and shit like that) for vanilla fans in those threads and vanilla fans keeep bitching about that in these threads again. and i have had enough of that.

Its weird, Ive seen you always telling devs that putting ntr is ok as long as its optional, but you are right here at least.
When ntr is not the focus of the game, it only damages it. The constant anti vs pro ntr fights, the small updates + several months of waiting because they are divided between the two contents, the ntr content bleeding out due to bugs, the whole vibe of the game changing...it really isnt worth it.
I find myself giving up in most "avoidable ntr games" as they seem like a waste of time now, everytime I see a new one I just add it to ignore. If this one had come out recently it would be there as well, I am only around because I already invested time in it, but with the gatekeeping of content now seems like it is another one thats just isnt worth it anymore.

There are games with ntr tag and vanilla content that do very well on Patreon.... I simply believe that the models are not for everyone and that's it.

Yea, I don't like NTR but if the dev wants to add some optional stuff for the people that like it, I don't seen an issue. But I've also said that for most vanilla/harem fans even if the NTR is avoidable, they will most likely not give a game a chance if they see that tag. You probably didn't see those comments because the mods almost always end up deleting my comments when I talk about this topic

you don't have to manually ignore ntr games, you can just make bookmark/shortcut after excluding all tags you don't like, like i have excluded five tags

When you click on the phone icon in the game, does it say "Loyalty Route" in the upper left of the phone screen? This can be toggled, even if you're wholly on one path or the other. Maybe you accidentally toggled it (by clicking on it) and the game put you in the NTR route?

I am on the path of loyalty, without a doubt. but strenif may be right, he answers me later. That is why I asked to remain faithful until today, to be able to continue without this error. If anyone has the loyalty save file to date I would appreciate it.

It's all based of what I've see over the years on this forum. I dislike NTR but I will still play the game, if it is avoidable. That is not the case for most people that don't like NTR. You still have a good number of devs that are able to work on their games full time, but from what I have observed it seems like the growth ceiling for these gsmes is a lot lower. But as I said and you pointed out, I am not a fan of NTR so my opinion is a little biased.

I don't know man, I think a lot of people would be into the models since they are very petite and there is a huge audience for it.

I second this, while there are some devs with "enough" financial support, there aren't even a tiny few examples of devs who are crossing the more than "enough" mark, and even the ones that are in this category, they are because they have some of the vanilla players supporting them althought not many of course.

I forgot to mention this before but the problem with optional ntr games for vanilla players is that, mostly these games end up with ntr players as majority fanbase so vanilla fans like me and you often feel like 3rd wheels, so more often than not vanilla fans just leave those games and its like a paradox which keeps growing with the developement of those game.
